There be Dragons
I was having a ball running around the grid today with Mel and Whimsy. Mel decided to embarass me in open chat because he kind of forgot that there were people under us, lol. Now I am standing in a cave with two fabulous women as they discuss the new breedable Dragons that just opened Beta at Precious Dragons – I wonder if they eat bunnies?
So I went running around Shoe Fair again today, and could not resist the new Shiny Things shoes….especially in the black and white. I wanted to show that they are so versatile, not only in a funky and fun look on the left, but also the more sedate look on the right.
Another place I had to drag Whimsy to today, was The Body Politik as it is soon closing down for an exciting new rebrand, but with that going on, all of the items are on sale at fabulous prices. One of the awesome items I got last week when I was there is this incredible oversized hat, the suede hat is a must have, and fit beautifully over my new hair by KIN which is next door. If you go to TBP sim you need to check out all of the little stores of the build, because there are different departments all over the place.
Don’t forget that many of the items for sale at Shoe Fair are donating proceeds to Charity, so well worth a visit for that reason alone.

O to the B to the Noxious
Ever since I saw a sneak peak at this skin in an ad for another item, I was smitten. I have been waiting impatiently, and finally today it was released.
This is Bianca, the latest release from Adam n Eve, a pouty and sexy skin, with 12 make ups and four beautiful tones. There are two skins in the pack, one with and one without cleavage enhancement, as well as a whole lot of hair base and down there options on tattoo layers. The manicure and pedicure sets also come with as usual, so you get lots and lots of bang for your buck.
The make ups are fabulous, and Sachi said that in the future she plans on doing more make ups as separate layers, so yay for that to look forward to. I noticed a subtle difference in the tummy area, so make sure you DEMO DEMO DEMO these skins because they are lush.
The Edge dress is also by Adam n Eve and its a great Micro mini, but also has a flexi fuller mini skirt option, if the micro isn’t how you roll.
New skin deserves delish new hair, and the three newest styles from Magika are todays treat. The one on the right is such pirate hair, I can just see guys that RP giving that one a run. Texture change bands too, so lots of fun to mix with your wardrobe, and I couldn’t resist wearing the booty bay boots with it .lol.
I got new nails this week, aren’t they Speshul. As obnoxious as all get out, that is why I loves them. Blinged up and fabulously long…I got them in hot pink as well :P, you know you want some too lol.

Clothing Fair pt 2
Here I am again, continuing my clothing fair post from earlier , which isn’t really earlier as I still have both tabs active lol. The next dress had Whimsy wondering if there was a theme to the fair, and as much as one would have been cool, to my knowledge there isn’t for the creations.
Very 80’s rocker this dress is, which would be strange for a dress I guess, but this was totally the fashion back then for those girls that didn’t want to do the frou frou but couldn’t escape from the frills. Tiered was all the rage, and funnily enough this style print very much made coordinating with your partner a whole lot easier…damn mens shirts were ugly mid 80’s I tell you, but the same or similar print on dresses and skirts somehow worked well.
Sachi of Adam n Eve did a great job on this dress, it is easy to wear, and easy to accessorise. Whether girly girl with a bow in your hair, or tougher with that punky edge of zippered boots, I went both ways.

Has me oooing and aaaaing for the love for Mel. He absolutely nailed it when it came to this blue drop down last weekend. I had been secretly coveting the gorgeous Hydra necklace choker set from Rozoregalia, but really wanted Mel to see it first, and without him even knowing he bought it for me <3. My only concern is of course that it is no mod, but it does have scripts for resizing. Lucky for me I have my own aLu Necklock so I don’t have to worry.
The necklace comes in three styles and all three are just gorgeous, if I could wear them all at once and all the time I most probably would, but then I wouldn’t be able to wear anything else, so I will have to save it for the special moments .
I am totally taken when it comes to good silver clothing, and this is gorgeous. Fake has a shared space at Clothing Fair, and this is one of the RFL items as well as available seperately of the 3 pack in the vendor. The way Dream uses sculpties to enhance the Fake or Fantasia clothing always excites me, and this dress has the added beauty of a breast piece that allows for a smooth line across the chest, rather than the clothing texture dipping and covering the mesh.
It is those little things that will make Fake a store to be reckoned with in the future, the styles created for both lines of clothing brand are just fantastic. More Exile hair, actually all of the remaining styles are Exile and this updo is just gorgeous.

Ok the other item in the Fake/Fantasia store as a RFL vendor item were these INCREDIBLE throw me over your shoulder and ride away with me in your chariot style skirts – ok that isn’t the real name of them, but it should be – they are so beautiful and again just goes to show the talent oooozing out of Dreams fingertips. The hair I thought was appropriate too with the name Giselle it just suited the theme in my romanesque fantasy.

Another of the stores I had not heard of before was Likka House, Whimsy and I were looking about and some great pieces were there to be found, but as soon as my eyes hit the Shaula skirts I was all about the gimme fingers. The fabric, the style, and the overall look of this set is great… there is something about that fabric and that skirt that reminds me of being little, I don’t know if it was my Mum who had one, but someone I know had skirts the same and I just love them.
Nowadays though this look is pure Bondi markets , and that is just perfect wherever you are from. Even down to my toes I am channeling the beach…and people they are called THONGS not flip flops, that is the sound they make.

Lastly and meant to be, the little red dress Madison by Stellar is the perfect way to celebrate such an incredible effort by Nevar and all those that work so hard each year on Clothing Fair for RFL. This dress has a beautiful style, with its poofed out skirt and strapless bodice, a lovely mantle for the divine Jewelry by Alienbear Designs that I wore in part earlier. But in full now as this elegant dress needs equally elegant accessories. The hair, is a masterpiece, and I am not taking it off for now…an updo like this one needs to be seen.

Flash aaaaaaa, I am not going to call these looks of the day, because honestly I log in and out so much in my own 24 hours, that sometimes two different days occur, and I change a lot during any particular run of time. But often I end up in an outfit I just like and may stay in for a few hours or minutes 😛 it depends.
A few stores at The Deck will be having reduced, free and dollarbie items out this week starting25th to 31st…so Whimsy and I were running around snapping them up. Not all items in the pic are from those stores, but I was having fun changing back and forth that I declared it was time for a Flash post and while I am writing this Whimsy is taking pics of her own.
The skin I have on is actually part of the Sperm hunt, and is actually free at Idiosyncrasy, and is a gorgeous skin and make up, also during the week there are 4 vintage make ups on this skin for only 100L so make sure you grab those between tomorrow and the 1st Nov.
The armwarmers are just delish, and come in packs of three, I really like the addition of the belted straps to them, it’s a nice degree of edgey, and they work in well with the belted Burmuda shorts that are all LOVE LOVE LOVE. The tank is from Miseria, also at the deck they are reduced for the week , so cute and on all layers.
Lol so much for a flash post, Mel turned up and decided he wanted to play too, so I stopped typing and took some pics of him as well 🙂 he is my Brownzilla he actually coined the phrase for me when I met him a long time ago, I sold him lots of suits and he told me I was high maintenance lol, didn’t that become a truth for him lol.
As usual I ended up yacking as much in a mini post as I do in a regular one………………………

I think all three looks today are more about dressing for yourself, rather than for the company you are keeping. Often we tend to wonder what will appeal to the partners we have, or the friends we socialise with, sometimes you just have to get your own funk on.
All about tude and these three dresses have lots of that, while still keeping true to the girly girl. It started being about the skins, then the clothes and then not so surprising the hair took over, and wow what hair. Yeah slowly I know I am making my way through my Hair Fair folder, but thats the fun of the whole thing, I can keep working my way slowly through it, and it makes every folder a brand new experience all over again.
It’s 11am and my day is pretty much at an end, but because of these looks I really haven’t wound down at all, in fact I want to start all over again. Ok now that I have pinched half my friends list on the bum – just because – I have a little less energy lol.
Creative hair like these styles make me so glad I get to be a resident here, diversity isn’t just about where you are from, and mixing with other nationalities, I think it’s about trying new things for yourself as well, things that may not always be available to you.
Also the hair base on these skins as an option in brown, blonde or red, definitely do give the hair a little something more. Make sure when you are demoing hair with hair bases on, you really wear a hair style that will benefit from having such a skin, it will give a little something extra to so many styles.
I took the Seductiva AO for another spin today, capturing different looks within the same animations. If you haven’t been to Red Queen to see how much fun they are, you really need to, and take your men with you, they have male AO’s that are just fabulous.

Fantasy – VR Foundry, Zobovic, Shade Throne, Tuli
VR Foundry has finally released the Fantasy dress in a stunning aray of colours. Many people have delighted in the sexyness of this creation in the previous black, and recent dark red, but now there are 13 more, 15 in total. I was in a hurry so just a quick flash of leg before I had to get back to work.I didn’t think I could love other colours of the Fantasy as much as I loved the Black and Red, but the Grey and Charcoal are just too hot, and I know Mel is going to love love love the white on me – he hasn’t seen these colours on me yet, I may have to start running now.
I am wearing left to right, Periquita Beda Sandals, Armidi Gisaci Viniani Heel , Courtisane Devoue Sandal, Enkythings Nana Heels. While I was checking out the New Fantasy Release vendors at VR Foundry, I ran into a lady I had met a few times at work Undo Hermano, we started talking and she was so generous to gift me some of the items from her store Shade Throne.
Shade Throne is a Jewelry and Glasses store, the earrings I am wearing today are the INCREDIBLE Over Drama Earrings, as we should all be Over Drama these are a Must Have, they are stunning craftmanship.
The delish hair is Boh by Zobovic, Zobovic is a brand NEW store that has just opened, and at the moment there are three gorgeous hairstyles , One Male, One Female and One UniSEXY which is this one. This is a perfect short style, the back has that moussed to perfection look to it, and the textures are beautifully shiny. Demos are free and I cannot wait to see what else comes out of Zobovic.
The Hope skin is a sneak peak and gift from Tuli to her group this past week. It was gifted in all skin tones in this beautiful Hope skin, the release is anxiously awaited by everyone that has been parading around SL in this divine Natural Make Up. The face and body are just beautiful, it is going to be exciting to see what make ups she creates for the release.

As soon as I saw the New Release from Artilleri I IM’d Antonia and asked if the Burt jeans would be released in a female version. No was the reply and without even opening the IM box – my IMs show in chat – I was right clicking the vendor and they were mine.
The pants are called Burt and they are delish high waist with rolled up cuffs jeans, in a thick denim, that comes in four colours, I may have to go back and get the rest.
We all were praising our love for Artilleri, so decided to do a dress up shot. Meet Ashia (Babyface) Tomsen , who is really the head of our crime family, Whimsy ( What Shoes should I wear) Winx, Gary (Get your pants off) Beebe and Sasy (The Pants) Scarborough.
The girls are all wearing Artilleri clothing and hair, the new hair is just fabulous, it was a case of ‘I’m wearing that one, you have to change, no stay in that one now damnit’ , left to right our shoes are Armidi, J’s and Hoorenbeek. Gary’s hair is from tukinowaguma. Skins are left to right, Redgrave, Ewan, Tuli and Gala.
This is just a quick post, but really just to show that, regardless of this release being for men, it is really cool how lucky we are to be able to wear both sexes with ease, and these pants ladies, are a MUST HAVE.

The VR Posestand is sold seperately as is the VR Posestand HUD , or in a Package HERE, or at the VR Foundry Main Store. now also with stand alone Library HUD, for on location shoots in no build areas – no notecards needed.
