Lucy wants to Sex You Up

    Lucy
    Lucy2
    Lucy3

Skin/Shape fair is coming, on Saturday 26th of September. One of the skins to be released at the fair, is the beautiful Lucy Skin by Idiosyncrasy. Lucy has all of the character of the perfect lolita to me, she is pure of skin, and devious of mind. She will try and ensnare you into her naughty ways, and if you succumb, LOOK OUT!. Because she may just want to “Sex you up” – gigglefits, because Ashia and I have been silly all day listening to 80’s tracks on YouTube.

Back to Lucy, she had been requested in this beautiful ultra pale tone, so Ashia decided that it would be a perfect release for skin fair and it will be available there as soon as the fair opens. The other week Ashia mentioned in her blog about a shopping trip we took together, it was actually to Sassy Kitty that we went, and I grabbed all the tops you see in this post.

The pants however are from Boom and they are just AWESOME, if you love the sailor flared pants look, these SeaMan pants are for you – and yes it is as hard as it looks to say that in voice and not snicker -how adorable are they , I went from 6ft a billion , to 3ft nothing just by wearing them – which is totes approp. as Ashia herself is a Pocket Princess.

Idiosyncrasy also has a special Charity skin for release at Skin/Shape fair, not shown , but it is one of the roughed up bruiser ones that Ashia made herself for her own arty pics, and it has also been requested bunches by her group, so look out for that one.

I went shopping at Kin the  other day after leaving TBP , and bought up all the newness, Kin has such a great little twist on anime, it’s so much fun to try on her hair, even if it’s not your usual style, you should really give everything a try.

Jewelry Fair is on at the moment, and Primagine has released some incredible pieces for the fair. One such set is this Hayworth Pearl and Silver set, it fit the look perfectly and as the top worn with is so daring , it gave it a little bit of class. The top back is just the string by the way.

    Infinity

    TBH

    Have fun with Polaroids

    Skin Creator

The Body Politik have been around since way before I arrived in Second Life. Creating skins for Men and Women in a variety of looks and skintones. Now they have gone a step further, giving you the customer the ability to personalise your look.

This process is not new, it has been offered in the past, but I would have to say with my own experience, that The Body Politik have put countless hours, if not weeks into making this as user friendly as possible. DEMOS are pretty much instant, as they have pre-made every conceivable variation in advance.

Be aware though, that if you choose facial ink you will not get that in the demo, as it would probably mean another thousand or so variations.

I gave this beauty a spin, and was able to choose for the skin you see above ,  a Cocoa skin tone – which is the darkest at this time – Flirt Eye MakeUp  and Storm Lipstick, with of course, who could resist a beauty mark…then I couldn’t resist a pouty lips option either. You can also choose freckles, and brows options.

Mind you while I was doing this, I actually had Mel on the Infinity Skins website at the same time choosing what he liked, as he has to look at me in the finished product, and it kind of makes the decision more of a shared experience. I really enjoyed that aspect of it a lot.

Then moving on to the body, I am not one for tattoos permanently but many are, and a basic range of tats to wear on the actual skin not just clothing layers is fabulous, even though those kinds of enhancements are shown to you in the demo as clothing layers – again to help with how many variations they had to provide to make the process easier for you.

I chose the athletic stomach, and I also really liked the fact that you could choose what nipples you wished to have, there is a great range, and as the shaved down there option was default that of course stayed as is :P, but you do have every other option in dark, blonde or brunette shades.

Being able to see the demo a few moments after I made all my choices was great, even without the beauty mark I was able to know that it was a skin that looked good on my shape, and that I was really going to enjoy wearing…because YUM on the pouty lips, and the body is divine.

When you get the skins, you will get a base skin which will look just like the demo, and then within 48 hours you will get the final custom, so when you pay for your purchase after deciding on the demo, you are able to leave with one skin ready to wear. So make sure you give it a whirl, if you are wanting something a bit more your own.

Now about those polaroids, I was searching online for goodness knows what, and somehow came across this delightful desktop creation, that to me is PURE GENIUS. This software will actually put a realistic looking Polaroid Camera on your desktop, which you then drag any picture to and it will pop out a Polaroid picture for you.

So for those of you without photo editing skills, who want a fun way to feature your pictures, this is right up your alley, I have dragged a bmp. straight from SL saved to hard drive and to the camera, and out it comes, it even makes the exact noise a real one does. The fun thing is you can even shake it with your mouse just like real ones, it will then save to your documents > pictures folder ready for you to upload to Flickr or wherever you want it. I then used the editing program in flickr and adding the text and kiss.

    Taste the Rainbow

She came, she saw, she kicked it. Seriously Anya OhMai is another reason to love all that Second Life offers. Starting SL in march of this year, she has absolutely nailed it, starting as an enthusiastic fashion lover, to blogger, to designer in such an incredibly short amount of time.
    Oh1
Sofia IM’s me yesterday and told me I was going to get a delivery, and I did, in the form of a multitude of incredible colours and styles. That quickly followed by a TP to the OhMai main store where I proceeded to buy up the rest of it. The colours are the first thing you notice, arranged in beautiful packs at ridiculously low prices. Staples are the first thing that comes to mind, there are so many Must Have items in there, it’s insane.

My first new addiction are the sheer leggings, they stop just below the heel, making them super fabulous, and they are not only semi sheer , but RIBBED. There are a variety of colour packs, that all blend so well with everything in the store.

The Catherine blouse I am wearing is a new item in the OhMai store, it is definitely fabulous in it’s somewhat Chanel look, and a FANTASTIC use of the system skirt, you know how much I love it when people put it to such a great use as this one.

The black and white combo, with the accessories from Glow Studio’s is a definite winner, the Seasons Bag Winter bag is a great carryall, for extra shopping of Must Have items.

    Oh2
Could the Emma Ruffles dress be more adorable, I don’t think so. I mean first off when I put it on I had the without white skirt portion and I was in love with it, then I realised there was another skirt choice, and I squeeled. Not only again do they go with the wonderful leggings, but I only wore the sock portion of one pair, and it’s too funna. Seriously with this colour palette that Anya is using , you can literally “taste the rainbow” :P.
    Oh3
Three years ago now, when Fiachra of Essentia was making the hair roses, we absolutely loved the Pink Hawaiian rose , and now I have the perfect way to wear it. The thumbelina dresses are so creative and just delicately beautiful. They would make perfect Fae wear, but the style and grace of these dresses makes them just incredible cocktail dresses for all.

There are actually two skirt options in these too, but I loved the bloom ones, and what’s not to love in a formal dress that turns into swimwear, because we all know what can happen at those upmarket occasions when the press go home.
    Oh4
Due to the limits of the mesh and clothing layers, in the past we were unable to get a lot of shape out of our clothing, that has changed a lot with the implementation of sculpted prims, and OhMai has been pushing that envelope.

The Nina Sweaters give you the best little bubble butt ever. The shape and style of these oversized sweaters is fabulous, the extra detailing in the pockets and buttoned sleeves, as well as the adorable hoody attachment at the back. Again because of the design in these sweaters, you are able to wear contrasting or complimentary colours underneath, to tie it all in.

I am wearing the High Rise tanks with these , and believe me when you see the prices of the packs of these, you will think Anya has lost her marbles. But then you can be overly appreciative, because it free’s up more money for everything else in the store lol.
    Oh5

Lastly and one of the reasons it all came about, as Sofia fell for this beautiful Pocket Cardigan and who can blame her, I must have grabbed everyone of those as well, the colours, shape and overall idea of them is marvy, they have a definite vintage  look to them, and I am so all into that.

Wearing them over the high rise tanks, and bringing it all together with the Mo Pocket pants from Miel, these pants I have shown in the past, but they definitely deserve to keep on returning, another fantastic use of prims to enhance the whole look.

All of the hair I am wearing today is from KC, Kitsune Couture, a store now owned by Niennra Kitsune of Magika fame. Niennra branched out on her own recently, and has been creating hair and clothing under her own label, so make sure you check out her new items. One of the styles shown is actually a gift from her Subscribo , so make sure you join that when you visit.

The shoes are all from Tesla, and I was blessed to find that her colour palette range, as much as it varies from style to style, allowed for some great matchy matchy colours with the OhMai range. Still loving the Carina skin by LAQ I kept it on for this post, to give you another taste, just in case you didn’t already go and demo it yet.

Red, White and Blue…it totally wasn’t planned, but it did turn out that way. It’s been a great week for hair for me so far, and it’s only mid week, but what week isn’t great for hair. Have you ever seen an item on a shelf and thought oooo ahhh, and bought it , and gotten it home to put on, and next thing you know you got more than you expected?

That’s exactly what happened with the first dress when shopping at Emery a while ago, I had no idea it had that incredible cut out detailing on the back, the front was fun enough for me to want it, back and forth semi diagonal lines in red, across a stark white background…with adorable knee high red with white trim accented socks.

The back is definitely va va voom worthy. Wanting a vintagey look , I teamed it up with the sunglasses from a already over 50L friday purchase, a great bargain for sure, but even without the fab price the style and fit of them is just great. Then adding the flavour of the day with the New Prestige boots by BAX , these things just keep on giving. The boots have so many different options from a drop down dialogue menu, you can see most of them in the pics as I go.

I really love the backcombed look of this stunning hair from Mirone. I kept the boots as simple as they come straight out of the box for this shot.

Next up, and again from Emery we have the skirt that makes me think of bacon, and because of that I love it even more. Not only is it a great simple tube skirt, but I love how it dips on one side, showing a tad more hip. I would love more of this style in different prints and colours. The top I grabbed off Xstreet, the XD store does crazy reductions on their items on Xstreet, less than half in many cases.

Another great hairstyle from Mirone – thanks to Ashia Tomsen for tping me to the Glance 1st anniversary where I was able to buy these great styles. This time I made use of the drop down on the Prestige Boots, changing the seams and edging, as well as the zipper and heels to red, popping up the over the knee extensions I was ready for action.

I was on a roll with these boots, so nosedived into my Tuli folder of clothing. This is where we went from red and white, to blue and white. I have always been a top stretcher, I had this insane reaction to things touching my neck as a kid, so all the collars of shirts would be stretched to near ripping point – and wow did I get into trouble for that. So styles such as this top make me happy, its elegant in an older Jackie O kind of era, but has that 80’s repeat thing going on, which of course  every 20 years is repeated so it’s definitely the theme now.

I really like the detailing done to the sleeves of this shirt, the rolled and fastened look is a nice addition, worn with some really nice shiny blue leggings that fit just right into the boots. It needed a little something though, so back to Xstreet because I was feeling lazy, and I knew it was there, I finally got the white version of the Widebelt from CoCo.

A few weeks ago Sofia and I went to Dango Jewells – if you haven’t checked out her fashion blog posts you are missing out – store Fabulous, I had been in a few times, and had really liked a particular set of bangles, this time I actually grabbed them. They come in two variations, in gold and white gold.

The other night Arabella, Whimsy and I went by the Clawtooth by Clawtooth sale, it was fun shopping together and each finding different things to love in each style, I already had a few Clawtooth creations, but was appreciative that I got to pick up some bargains. The goodbye horses hair I had loved since Hair Fair, but for some reason kept grabbing other styles whenever I went, I fixed that this time though.

Another style by Clawtooth and one of my favs as it actually has fun attachments with it, I am not wearing in this pic. The lovely full locks look great with the casual handkerchief dress by Tuli, she does such great work with prints and this dress is no exception. Another thing she does really well is denim, especially in jeans, these torn capri jeans are fab, and the perfect segway into my favourite of the Prestige boots features.

Denim cuffs anyone, yes I kid you not, the boots come with three different denim uppers, which of course will make them jean cuff lowers. This is a genius idea, and as denim when rolled up is very generic it works perfectly. So now due to this wonderful option, I get to look as though I am wearing pants cuffs, with boots uppers, and its still only one attachment point. The shirt was actually a VIP gift from Tuli and is a lovely loose sleeved look.

This hair is again Mirone, and was also a gift, for the Glance anniversary, so make sure you head over while that is still on. I am really happy that the new Sloth skins by Red Queen had such beautiful blue make ups, that it worked so well with these looks. I also enjoyed getting to show you a little bit more of the bodies of these skins, as I think the stomach is delish, so make sure you grab a demo of those soon to try for yourself.

Also be sure to check out the demos of the BAX Prestige boots, seriously the options on these are fantastic, and the colours are perfect for the upcoming cooler weather – it’s freezing here already.

    When you’re hot you’re hot

    Em3

A quickie , which can either mean I type not much at all, or I ramble on and on about so much stuff, that the post ends up longer than my usual ones. So let’s not, and say that we did. I actually shot this picture last week, and I really liked the pearlised look of it. I also watched that project runway show for the first time, so I am thinking this would have been a sure win for the ex Mrs Stamos to pregnancy around in, if it was an RL item of course…seriously someone needs to work out a way to do that show in Second Life.

I’m a bit la la la la, not having slept at all yet, and its going into another day entirely…5 hours in about 30+ hours isn’t good..but I had fun, sort of revamping my blog.

Totally glad Chloris Hathor has brought back VG . I paired up the dress from there, with incredibly matching shoes from Adam n Eve, I am actually really impressed with the match, as these shoes are such a rare colour. The fabric to the babydoll formal is really lovely, kind of a raw silk , giving it body and weight, but a beautiful silky sheen all at the same time.

To keep in with the gold and pearly look, I opted for the hand jewelry from Zaara’s , the pieces of the Nizam  & Haath Panja set are just stunning traditional pieces brought to SL for us to relish. The overall style of the semi formal/cocktail look is finished up perfectly with this backcombed and ribboned hair by Diversity. All wrapped around the Cleo by Dutch Touch.

So today I woke up and checked my emails as I was logging in. There was an offline from a designer who’s store I featured a few years ago, letting me know he still remembered that the first time he appeared in a blog it was by me, and that now he had his own store blog.
I thought that was so sweet, and was excited to see some items I hadn’t seen of his on the blog. Yes I did go and search out his store every few months, but nothing that I didn’t already have, until today. So as soon as I logged in and sorted through everything I had to , I was off and running.

I also checked out another store, then came home. Trying on all my new outfits I remembered that I had meant to swing by Refuge, so off I went again, and got two more styles to show with my other Refuge hair. I really like the hair produced by Refuge, especially with the straight across rock-a-billy bangs. The first style has the most adorable bows and pins decorating the pigtails look.

All the clothing I am wearing is from SK Designs, they have been around since 2007 and their look has changed a bit, but not too much over that time. The creator Sergio designs for both men and women, but I think from the style of clothing he does, that he probably enjoys making for women a bit more. The ensembles are sold as sets, so all you see is all you get, and sometimes more, depending on if there are other coloured tops or both long and shorter pants, etc. The prices are really reasonable and transfer, so if you are looking at buying items that you can share with your other selves, this is perfect.

The skins I am wearing are the Cleo skins from Dutch Touch, with more leaning towards the more creative of make ups in the range, the punk and pip make ups are a fun change. The eye make ups are especially gorgeous, and I have been wearing the punk skins on and off for the last few days, I love the liner on the inner part of the eyes.

Old boots in the form of the 3way Engineer boots from J’s, teamed up with the brand new Rea Suede plain boots by Pixel Mode, these are delightful , in a range of colours that you can co-ordinate with a vast range of seasonal choices. The style are simple but elegant, they have a semi scrunched look, and an incredibly high heel. What is very surprising and will make many happy , is that these boots are mod, so that you can size them to your needs.

I had a wonderful time revisiting an old store, and came out with lots of newness, I hope you like.

    Hair thanks

Hair has always been such an incredible industry in Second Life. From way back when there was less stores to choose from, until now, where there is a constant stream of fabulous locks to love. Hair used to be my biggest and only addiction in Second Life.

Sometimes buying up to a dozen styles in one day, and ending up walking around in the last purchase, and often never even wearing the first few until weeks afterward. I actually started as a redhead, the candie Vonta being the first style I purchased for 5L and regardless of how many other styles I bought in the weeks following, I loved it to bits, and wore the red all the time.

I thought I would never move from Strawberry red by Gurl 6, it was a to die for red, and it was close enough to the one by Panache. I actually still have Candie and Faith MidNyte still in my inventory, it is too hard to let go of them.

Then I started to find other stores, and the reds weren’t special enough for me, or as bright, or they just didn’t have the same energy to make me desire them. The hair itself did that, but the colours were so hard, and back then it was very rare to have a colour demo, and often hair had so many strips of either demo texture or colours that you were distracted.

So I turned to the ‘safe’ black , because even when black isn’t always the exact black you like, it is still black. I often mix it up though, there are stores I often cannot pass up their reds, or blondes, or even brunettes. But out of habit more so than not, I reach for the black, and i do love it, I always wanted to dye my reddish hair black as a teen.

There are others though, that are so true to their colours, perfect examples of that come in our bloggers, there are some bloggers that we probably recognise more from their hair colour, than anything else when running down a feed, especially the redheads like Cajsa, Ana and Whimsy.

I actually embarrassed myself recently at a store with Grazia, when a lady joined us to say hello and I mentioned how startling it was to see her not blonde, apparently she had changed hair colour a while ago – sorry Nici – but even though I look at her blog every other day, in my head she was still a blonde.

Over the years I have worked with a few different Hair Creators, as well as been close friends with others. There are many things that go on behind the scenes in all kinds of stores in Second Life, but with hair it is a constant mix of updating, repackaging and coming up with new styles.

The amount of IM’s as well as notecards a hair creator can receive during a week is huge, not even counting the downpour straight after a release. Can you make it longer, shorter, bangs on left, bangs on right.  Can it have a bow, a bonnet, a hat.  Can you take off the bow, the bonnet, the hat – lol I just realised I sent one of those IMs just last week myself.

If a hair creator changes textures, it’s the end of the world for some. If a hair creator changes the way they put together their packs, it’s catastrophic. Being a newer creator in some aspects is easier, because you have the ability to really look at the market as a whole, and see what it is from the start that will work for them and their brand. Older creators often get stuck in what they have, because any change could effect them as a whole business.

We are incredibly loyal to our hair needs, I once did a post on hair creators including updates in their packs, that way if they did make changes, we got the choice to change with, or keep what we had, but the option would be there. Possibly freeing up the creator, and allowing them to feel that it’s ok to change.

Making room for new hair has always been my own personal hell, when hair creators discontinue – cries . Hairstyles we love so much, are suddenly thrown away. Aleri has done that to me often, but last year I actually won one back, as that hair was asked for so often it was just crazy not to pull it back out of retirement.

That’s sometimes another IM/Notecard “where is such and such hair, I saw someone wearing it and I must have it ” the hair has been deleted even from the creators inventory, but the IM’s keep coming, so they recreate it as close as they can, which makes many happy, but for some reason, others get a bit weirded out by it.

Is it the same ? Is there enough of a difference in a style to make it a New style ? Well for me it doesn’t actually always have to be too different. That is the other thing I have noticed about hair wearers.

Let me step back a second though, a few months into Second Life, one thing that dawned on me, is that in such an incredible costume driven environment, we don’t have wigs. Or at least we didn’t back then – I would hate to not point out that Curio Obscura  most definitely fall into the wig area – but I was watching a rerun of Alias, and pined over the way Sydney looked in a short blue bob.

That all of Second Life hair for some would be thought of as wigs, I have even heard some call them that, but that means we would have to consider ourselves naturally bald underneath. But we didn’t get to wear hair that looks like it is a wig. I mean if Cajsa turned up at an event in a short blue bob, that would be considered one 🙂 as she is known as a red head.

But if I did it, or Grazia or many others , it would be just us changing hair colour/styles again not a second thought would go into it – Mind you Grazia in that pulp fiction style Lamb hair looked HOT HOT HOT like a wig.

So back to hair that only changes slightly, or a lot. If I wear my rQ hair, it is like it’s my hair restyled. The hair itself is always the same texture, similar length pieces are used, but it is such a different style, that it looks like I have really done something new with it. It looks like I gathered it all back and knotted it, or I grabbed big handfuls of it and added enough hairpins to hold it in place. Or it looks like I gathered it up as best I could under a cap, and that is why I love it.

If I go to Magika it is the same, my hair, restyled , or cut and restyled. Sometimes I part it on a different side, sometimes I add things to it, but it is my hair. I wear it up, over , under, I curl it , leave it to dry naturally, get it layered or wrap it around a bone if I want to.

I am also loving lately the fact that a few newer stores, and some older stores are all using the same textures, this just gives those that wish to keep that same look, but slight changes, more of a range to choose from now.

There are other stores where each release is a completely different style, it isn’t your hair you worked on, but more of a visit to a stylist for a make over, you completely do a 360 and out you come looking so startlingly different that if you didn’t have a name over your head, your own SL mother wouldn’t recognise you.

But that is half the fun too. I have many of those styles as well. There are so many ways to give yourself a lift in Second Life, the most inexpensive of them is Hair. I could go to HCT , ETD, and have a hair explosion just in 1L packs.  If you are new it is an incredible thing, to have such wonderful variety to find the look you wish to have, mind you that often changes a few weeks in, once you see all the other ways you can look.

But for the most part, people want to identify with their avatars, especially the longer they are here, if they work or represent a business, often they want to look as professional as possible, so like to wear their hair up and neat, but love the option of the same looking hair once its down and loose, for more social occasions.

Some rely on stipend for their shopping money, they are on a budget and treat themselves to new hair every few weeks, like a visit to a RL hairsalon, so it is a big deal for them to not get something too ‘out there’ from their natural look. They will be loyal to a brand that can give them as much of a range of the same hair as possible.

Much like people that are loyal to one skin line, pining for new make ups.

All of these factors play a huge part on the hair industry in SL , some cater to both customer bases, some cater to only one. Even the sci fi, cyberpunk hair creators tend to do variations on their own styles because of the loyalty to a particular look their customers have.

Hair becomes as permanent to many as their skin, I remember being guilt of assumption because of the very hair I mentioned in the beginning. If I saw someone wearing the Panache 5L styles I assumed they were new, and if I looked in their profile I would find that wasn’t the case at all, the hair had become the them they identified with the most. They are not unaware there is more out there, they mix with other people, they shop in stores all over SL, but the hair is how they feel comfortable, it’s also how often you can find people in a crowd lol.

Mel wears Armidi hair, and sometimes I think of him changing it and I freak out, he logs into a different Sasy every day, sometimes hourly lol, but if he changed him I’d be a wreck.

So thank you to all the hair creators out there, the ones that give us wigs, the ones that make it possible to feel like a rockstar on occasion. The ones that make us incredibly unusual styles that we could only ever wear in Second Life, and we love that we get to, and a big thank you to those that listen to the requests of their customers and make slight changes, so that we can feel at home in ourselves, because Second Life can be a scary place without an identity of your own.

Oh and thanks for reading my ramble about hair, and my experiences with it. Remember this is just my observations, and dealing with friends and customers, and just how I sometimes want to be a rockstar, or pebbles, or business like.

    Chasing Rainbows and lost bottoms

    Em5
    Em4

There is a true nostalgia for many when it comes to knits and bikini’s, I am no exception as for me it is definitely my childhood, all wrapped up in the exact same colours I am showing.

Every kid has those embarassing moments that their parents cause, well mine comes in the form of being forced to wear mismatched bikini pieces when I was about 7 – mind you it was my fault for losing the other halves of two sets . The top was pink the bottom lime green, now that would actually be hot, but when you are 7 it’s the worst day of your life. Even though I was highly embarrassed , I loved and still love my mum the bestest in the whole entire world – she especially thought it was hilarious when she picked me up from school prior to that day and I was crying out that I had lost my bottom -  I got over it and actually find the story funny, even if you don’t :P.

Rainbow Chaser is a Japanese store owned by the delightfully charming Rubylips. She creates such pretty and vibrant pieces and they all intermingle into an explosion of colour for your wardrobe. The bikini set is actually a set, as it comes with not just the bikini bottoms, but adorable boyshorts in the same knit, as well as a tiny flexy skirt option, fantastic for days at the beach and beyond.

The hairstyles I am wearing are both from Diversity Hair, the second being a male style, that I think looks fab on girls. Diversity hair does such heavy and luxurious locks of hair, which in the mens section is really a bonus, and in the womens definitely ads to the charm of the styles.

Because I wanted to delight in the colours of this post, I had to add more, with the recentish release of the Indra painted stacked bangles from Zaara, they are just beautiful and fun, whether with  bright colours as shown or more subdued colours it all works.

    Camisk Elegance

    Em2
    Em

Camisks are so beautiful, on rare occasions I will find myself wandering around some out of the way place, and stumble across a little store with divine camisks. Sometimes they are a lot more revealing than others – I smell toast sheesh, neighboars are mean when they tease me with foodstuffs – anyway, as I said more revealing than others, as they are an item of clothing that is created to tantalise the eye.

Then there are Camisks like these two , they are so beautiful, the fabric choice and colours, I couldn’t not snap them up, they have been awaiting me for blogging time, and they have been neglected big time. They are so elegant and I really think that something like this teamed up with a full gown skirt would be a wonderful way to create your own unique gown.

I went with a little more of a light but dressy look with them today, the two colours that I snapped up are gorgeous with their interwoven gold/bronze pattern. Wearing some accessories from Uzuri , who does beautifully intricate jewelry, and boots by Tesla.

The new ankle boots called Absolute by Tesla are very pixieish, great fun for light shorty days , or even better when wanting to wear boots with pants, as they are only one attachment.

The stunning skin I am wearing is Cleo by Dutch Touch. This skin is not only character beautiful but the make up is just gorgeous, especially my fav of the bunch CAMO , I mean what an awesome blend of colours , Mel teased me about that, wondering if it was so I could sneak up on people – his favourite hobby is teasing me , gosh I love that man. I also love this skin and I spent time at the store snapping pics of others wearing it, just because I was in such a mood, Whimsy joined me and we had such fun.

Make sure if you haven’t already, that you check out the Cleo skin as well as all the other divine skins at Dutch Touch , it definitely is a skin range made for green lovers ♥.

Also make sure you check out the NEW Stylista Poses from DeLa recently released by Eitaro , Kura’s also very talented sister.

    Popping it like its Hot

    LeLu
    LeLu2
    LeLu3

I spent the day laughing with Ashia unable to look directly at me while talking, and Whimsy wanting to make me prim money.

The first look is a mix that brought about a kind of equestrian steam punk look, with the help of the lovely veiled mini top hat from House of Nyla’s lingerie set. I really need people to make more hats, there are so many fantastic hat/hair styles out there, but I really wish the creators would package it with the hat without hair too lol or at least sell them seperate.

The style of this blouse by LeLutka is just marvelous, the ruffle front and necktie larriot is a beautiful adornment to the mesh like fabric, all very pervey. The tight pants are part of a suit also from LeLutka but definitely interchangable.

The Tia boots compliment the outfit by having sleek lines and beautiful style, and if tucking pants into them isn’t your thing, then wearing them with a mini such as this next outfit will definitely get eyes popping. The hair is amazing, it is from Jolie Femme and Whimsy and I were just gobsmacked at how dramatic it is for photos and so totally in keeping with the overall look.

Speaking of popping, this skin in its beautiful Goth tone is just divine, and I have been wearing it ever since I got it, or so I thought – but thats another blog post – The Hope Goth by Tuli is just scrumptious, there are a beautiful assortment of make ups and different features, but the simple dramatic make ups with the lush red lips are just gorgeous.

They also come with the PU option, in this case Push Up, and wow do they ever. This is the reason Ashia couldn’t look at me, and Whimsy was trying to make prim money to stick down my top, and that’s with me dressed lol. The perfect cleavage enhancement for this stunning 60’s revival creation the Kaori dress. The colour options , the style itself and the great prim work make this dress a MUST HAVE , and the skin a MUST MUST MUST – increase my bust – HAVE .
