I came across an adorable store today, very Elf like in build, with a kind of space age mysticism added in. Instantly I thought of Beauvoir of Maitreya. If you have ever seen Beau you would know why. So this is what I would think he would wear if he was a girl lol – dodges the smack.
Ok he probably wouldn’t show his tummy as much as I am, but still it is such a beautiful store and he makes me smile everytime I see him. On a seperate note, I once did a pic pile up of him and Onyx so maybe it will give you insight into what I am rambling about, it is HERE .
The clothing is all from the same store, the range is magnificent, and the prices WOW you just really need to get over there and look.
Being able to move through a store like this, and just really love the textures alone is really lovely, even if the style isn’t yours, you really cannot fault the execution of each design. One thing I didn’t notice at the time, is that all the perms differ, some items are no copy, some are no transfer. I rarely ever pay attention to that as I keep everything , so unless I am on a mission of gifting it rarely matters, but it is nice to find a store that does actually have such lovely pieces that you can give, just make sure you check first.
When I put on the first set I knew that it needed more magic, and the jump to the Inspired Sparrow wings was simple, these wings are stunning and with the sculpties being perfectly shaped and xcite compatible, which is a giggle and a half sometimes. The wings beautifully compliment the Asian Flower necklace by the same creator but in a different store on the same sim. I love when creators branch out of their comfort zones, but keep to their own names so that fans of their work can really grow alongside them.
There is nothing better to me than open fronted or short fronted long skirts, I love them RL and SL, best way to show off boots there is. Yes with flexi skirts your boots are going to jut through regardless, but its so nice when it has a little more realism to it.
Angelina boots are slimline boots in a crushed leather look, so very detailed, with the laced up backs and full length inside leg zippers – the toes are pointed to Whimsy Winx standards of acceptability *snickers*. Another beautiful feature of the Angelina boots are the seam up the front, these things are as real as can be.
All of the clothing was available in at least 4 colours, and green fans unite, because this store loves us…and not just green but THAT green, the soft autumn like green that is just cherishable, yes I almost did do the post entirely in green lol. Many of the outfits also had other options, such as the black Insect Latex set on the second pic, that has the sheer open look top and bottom, as well as the closed, so even more bang for your buck.
As you can see also, you can wear the skirted outfits without as they do come with pants options, and some even came with a second pair for boots, those were made on another pants layer though, not underpants. There are mens items also at the store on the second level, so be sure to take your partner, and if you are into RP definitely give it a visit, because the prices are amazing, and the work is splendid.
I really love how they look with the Timeless IIÂ skins too, with new make ups and a lovely canvas to show off such lovely clothing, they also come in a freckled version. As usual I love the mouths on this skin, and the way the eyes are shaded gives them so much character. Make sure you give the Demos a spin, maybe even grab them on your way to the clothes.
I couldn’t resist wearing the Maitreya hair either in this post, as the white is always hair Beau wears, and the new styles look fantastic on Men, and now with the NEW Tones, Beau has actually changed to Silver and once you see the demos of the new colours you will see why, it is GORGEOUS.

Dolly
A few weeks ago I was talking with Aradia about her second life daughter, who I just think is too many shades of awesome. Chelsea I didn’t know also had a store inworld, one that catered to little angels like herself.
I was also told that a while ago Chelsea named a dress Sassy so off I went faster than a speeding bullet, and within moments I had a Sassy Dress. Now a very cool thing about the Second Life clothing templates, and the layers they are created in world on, is that they actually fit everyone.
So even though I am much bigger than Chelsea and her friends, and Meko who I couldn’t resist taking there to see, it was way too hard to not walk away with some goodies for myself.
The outfit on the left doesn’t come with that skirt but the combo is yum. As soon as I saw the brolly and wellies with matching hoodie I squeeled…and omg omg omg aside from the apples there is a pink poodle one too, but that would be far too much cute for the internet.
The dress is full and satin, with a big bow at the back , you also get those lovely shoes and ruffle socks, how perfect for when special occasion dress ups are the theme for the day.
Lastly just too cute to leave behind, and I am on the look out for a bucket and spade now, because a look like this means damp knees and sandcastles for sure.
The hair I am wearing is of course only available for now at Hair Fair, and I urge you to see them and really take a moment to look at the vendor ads for these styles, they are in my opinion art in themselves, and what inspired this post.
The creativity in world moves me everyday, but I have to admit that this actually caused me to tear up, the faces , the hair itself, and just the overall homeless orphans look about the whole thing, from an old movies kind of theme had me all choked up.
With that in mind, it was also not hard to go with the latest skins from our very talented blogger pal Ashia Tomsen…the one on the left is supposed to be a fight skin, and so looks that way when not dressed so adorably, but that hair is scrappy and fun, and all kids take a tumble now and then right.
I also love the scarred and scraped shin, mind you as a kid who had scrapes like that every other day – and I am such a girly girl too just accident prone – I don’t think I loved the idea back then lol…ouchies.
The other two are from her Doll collection, and even though porcelain dolls in RL freak me the hell out, I really like how cute the concept of this is, especially in world, and feeling broken these days its a win.

It seemed a shame not to go and follow up the stockings of yesterday, with the actual outfit they came from. Latex and lovely, this zippered combo is just hot. Having the perfect hair to wear with it was easy also, this was one of my first buys at Hair Fair this year and the name makes me think of that girl, which would make it a bit weird as I am the age to know more about her dad than her lol.
I am all for loving the final update to these skins too, I see the Forest for the tree’s or something like that. I think that if you have this much shiny on your body, you don’t need it on your make up, and the cats eye shadow and liner more than make up for it with their smoldering look.

The other day I was chatting with Arabella Steadham of Arabella’s Amblings, and was unable to draw my attention from her feet.The boots that she was wearing were just divine, and even more so once I found out that they had texture change options up to 6 different ones. Not only are they change, but it does it in individual parts, so that you are able to take it even further than the six and mix it up a little.
She has been wearing them on and off all week, so finally today I declared she had to take Whimsy Winx of Virtually Dressed and I to get some, and my usual awful pushy nature forced Whimsy to go against her pointed toes only rule, and get some too.
So then with us all in need of getting some blog posting done, and the fact that we have a mutual love for many similar things, we decided to all jump up on our VR Professional Posestands and have a great old time.
Now as this is a combined post, you will need to visit both girls blogs to find out the details of their outfits and bodyparts, and it is well worth the jumping about. It has been a hectic couple of months and now with Hair Fair in full swing, I hopefully will have time to share my purchases and incredible items at this years Hair Fair…but even if I do not get them all done before the end, at least you can always get them at their mains.
A few weeks back also I was all up into belts, I found some wonderful ones in my travels and this is just one of them. I love the cyberpunky look of it, and was so ecited to find that on click I could change the colour of the glowing liquid in the sides and the swirling parts at the front, making it a colour co-ordinating marvel. It has many incredible details to it, and Mel is very cautious of the spike attached to the back.
The clothing I am wearing is a combination of new and older releases from Miel, I already have shown the shorts in other colours in the past, and added the newer undertanks, as the girls were rocking out the others…but I do plan on showing those too in the future as I have been wearing them all over the place lately.
How much love I have for the stockings I am wearing, it was part of an outfit that is way hot, and I will show that in the future also, but for now you just get to see the delish large netted stockings, I am all about net stockings, and these ones are superb. I would really love this creator to do more of this style and sell them seperately as the seams are wonderful.
All of the hair we are wearing is of course only available at the moment at Hair Fair 2009, so far already they have raised nearly a million lindens for Locks of Love that is an incredible achievement when the grid has been so crazy today.

Cha Cha
Cha Cha Cha, ok only Cha Chaby Moonshine, but not even only. I’ve had this top waiting to be blogged for way too long, so here it seemed perfect especially in this setting to share it with you. The colours are fab and the two attachments give you the option of making it all one or a multi look.
Luck Inc Lowrise Capri jeans are smokin hot, and super sexy, the how low can you go music from Grease is spinning in my head right now, and the Cha Cha thing wasn’t even planned for that. The Lowrise Capris come in black, blue or dark blue denim, with retro screen printing and spray paint effects, or for the more subdued just plain, the tears and rips are great, but don’t expect to do a lot of sitting in these.
My footwear is a mix of the same designer, I am wearing The Caylla, and Maria by Ambra shoes in varying leathers, and whether heels or flats they are perfect for this look.
How fun is this pose ensemble, it is actually called Models Reunion, and I was able to of course take all the shots and layer to perfection with the VR Professional Posestand HUD, lock camera position and away you go, just as done with the face shots shown below.
I love hair, and as you know Hair Fair 2009 is days away, OMG I am so excited, and being on the comittee for my third year now has been awesome. I am going to try and be good this week, and prepare myself for the onslaught of fantastic hairstyles, but first I’m showing Samantha, Paris, Belle, Charming and Strippy by Magika .
June Skins as shown previously just got all degrees of Yummier, with new makeups added to the mix. Not only do you get the dark and light options, but also the freckles are superb. Also so exciting for this release is the NEW Bean tone, that is a darker skin that has been requested, if you have been looking for darker tones, and coveting the June skins, then get on over to Gala and try on all the Demos.

Run Forest Run
New Skins for you, a few weeks of love for me, I have been wearing Forest by Dutch Touch most of my days lately, and the Jade make up is wonderful, especially for a working day with its light lips, and fresh look. At the moment there are only 6 make ups as shown in the Forest Skins at Dutch Touch but excitedly more to come.
As you can see the bodies are as stand out and beautifully handdrawn as they have been in the past, hand drawing skins is such an incredible task, and Iki of Dutch Touch has it mastered, those Dutch know how to do the arty stuffs :P.
In a delightfully green mood, which ended up being totally fate, I decided to mix some BOOM into the picture. The recent release of the Summer Sarongs, made me think of a more grecian look, mixing it with dress pants and a bra, I came up with this look that I would easily go out in dancing with Mel, and actually I ended up doing just that.
The Summer Sarong was made for wearing over swimwear, and there are transparent ones you can also purchase, but this look for me is a win. The pants also from BOOM are the Fall Tweed pants. Beautiful and rich in this colour, and all the others I will eventually end up getting too, the tweed is just divine, and a classic staple.
The Green bra is from Dutch Touch and is one of the fabulous bra seperates available there, really pretty bras are a necessity. Adding the Army Green Hair Rose from Essentia and the Zamani Bangle from Uzuri, I am ready for a wonderful evening, ok technically its 4.48am but whatever its dark :P.
To show the fabulous body of the skin, I am wearing the BOOM Wild Girl Bikini in red, a lovely glossy high textured bikini, that comes on all layers, beautiful options for bottoms, and a lovely range of colours.
Now the Green Diamond you see above my head was a release that happened while I was taking these pics, REEK has released the item that all of the Sims fans are going to get a big kick out of. I having been a diehard fan before , it is called Plumbob and this beauty is scripted to change colour from green to red dependant on your moods, you can even add your own words as triggers, I love this, and I can see people standing around more in world having in depth typing convos just to watch their Plumbob’s change, at 99L grab one now.
The beautiful hair I am wearing is from Magika, the Samantha and Strippy hairstyles are both lovely, I love the large waves of Samantha as a reallty styled do.
The poses that I am using today are from LostAngels, they recently did a huge rebuild and relocation, and if you haven’t been to the new store you really need to check out the bunker style, it is so cool. They recently released a huge range of poses and furniture with poses for photography more than for just home settings, you really do need to visit and take some friends, because the scene set ups are fabulous.

Soiree – DeLa, Magika, Junwave
DeLa has released some newness, and with me being way behind with my posts lately… it was high time I got my wriggle on. I love when Kura says “I made new stuff” she is such an incredibly sweet girl, and so gentle always, both her and her sister Eitaro make me smile with the simplest of IM’s.
The latest release being the Anju tops and skirts, these are such lovely seperates that together turn into a beautiful dress, or different looks with the same pieces. My favourite thing about the Anju style is that it definitely has a drop waist 1920’s thing going on, a call back to very stylish fashion that seems to have a real influence on DeLa designs.
As you can see there are lovely ways to wear these pieces, and I have paired them up, with not only the Vicente/Camilla Jewelry from DeLa but also Madeline boots from the DeLa shoes range.
The second picture is the mix of the Chanel dresses also by DeLa, the Chanel Matinee on the left and the Chanel Soiree on the right. Both styles are appropriate for many occasions, the day time event into early evening supper look of the Matinee is just lovely, its a simple mod style that can look wonderful with a pair of boots as well.
The Chanel Soiree has a victorian appeal that can lend itself to steampunk or office, but also has a great feel for evening wear. The Chanel clutch is another beautiful piece from DeLa, the gold trim with satin bow adorning the feature fabric that matches the dresses themselves, attachments available for left or right hand, making it simple to accessorise.
Silvera heels and Blair boots are also from DeLa, and the button sides of the blair boots are totally in keeping with the style of Chanel Soiree.
Margarita time at DeLa in the form of their recent swimwear release, the lovely sarong draped around the hips is a great feature of this set, so too is the fact that it comes on all layers, and so many of them. There are sculpted ties on the back and sides of the swimwear, but also with the option of no prim ties, with the bows on the texture instead, having options like that is wonderful. The style is very crochet 70’s looking in that not as tight or as little look, which those of you born in the 70’s and earlier will remember well.
All of the hair I am wearing today is the rest of my fabulous trip to Junwave at Love Soul the other day, from top to bottom we have Casual Short (cut off ) Casual Short (Rough) Punk Girl and Spring Breeze, all lovely hairstyles ..note that they are not mod, but have the resizer script in them that DOES allow for individual prim movement.
All of the Skins I am wearing are from Magika, I have shown these in the past but didn’t get the chance to really show off enough of the make ups and bodies of these lovely skins. The Magika Day/Night skins vary slightly in tone, and have an lovely assortment of make ups, the body shading as you can see is beautiful, really worth checking out the DEMOS for yourself.

When you have NEW Skins to show, from a store like Red Queen [rQ], you really want to try and go with that edgier more RP look if you can, even though these are so beautiful and would look great if wearing a frock with pretty flowers on it as well, I wanted to go with more of a kicking bum kind of look.
Now if I was the target of said bum kicking, and believe me lately it feels like I have been, I am prepared with the rubbery goodness of Elixir, yes two posts in a row of Elixir goodies. I am wearing the Renegade Outriders in Black, Black/White,Black/Lime and Black/Violet.
These pants are sold seperately, and come on both layers giving you a snug boot fit, I love the rubbery look, with the open sides cinched with straps and netting over layers on the legs, it’s all in keeping with that futuristic look they are going with lately. The Renegade Outrider pants also remind me of BMX or Dirt Bike riding outfits, so it’s all dependant on how you play.
The Renegade Vest/Harness also comes with colour options, and have a great blend of rubber and latex, I love also that you can wear the harness style only as shown with the shorter look. Definitely an enjoyable outfit combo to show off the Skins by Red Queen [rQ]. Showing off the bodies I am wearing the Latex Bikini also from Elixir.
These skins are shown in the Tan and Sun versions, they also come with dark and light brows, as well as tattoo’d versions, which is just a nice way to accentuate the lower back, and save a clothing layer for something else.
The Basic and Pride make ups are full of parts to love and truly admire the way that Ruth Quan of Red Queen [rQ] weaves her PS wand. Basic is the first picture of faces, Pride is the second and more dramatic, both have such beautiful features especially the inner corners of the eyes, the liner accents there are marvelous.
I also really like how the upper lip seems to curl up in a sensual pout, I hope that Ruth does a lot more make ups in this skin range, I would love to see the effects she has done with the purple shadow with deep reds and other rich colours, oooo silver would be yummy too :P.
The body is fit and lovely, and the scattered moles and freckles across the torso give it a nice natural look. DEMO DEMO DEMO you will love it. The Hair I am wearing also from Red Queen [rQ] is Dreams, a great long and piled up style.

“Check the body” was the suggestion, and I flew home and got naked. I knew there was only one place to check in this case, and I was correct. The latest skin release from Gala Phoenix of Gala @ Curio is June, which will be released later today.
The skin is now bare down there, with summer rearing its firey tentacles and with a lot of swimwear wearing about to take place, the June skin had to be ready for it. I for one am very happy this has occured, as it saves on mishaps of changing in public and rushing off to meet friends or colleagues and having to worry about something being cut too low, and I am sure – before you think it – there probably is many a business meeting done in swimwear in Second Life.
All the rest of the body on June is the same details and beautiful shading we have come to love. You also get the light/dark options with each tone as previously, and two variations of each make up. This time around the feature make up would have to be Swan, a delicate fluttering of wings around the eyes is just lovely.
Pure fans you will be delighted to know the June Pures are marvelous, and Doe is a fav for me already…I predict a lot of play with Oriental Poppy as the vivid burnt orange and reds are going to really enrich your passion for colour, definitely go and stand in wait for the Demos at the Curio sim, you will love June..she is definitely the older sister of the naughty lolitas of April.
Elixir recently released some sci fi inspired pieces in their latex items, also this very hi-tech looking Lingerie called Alpha fine lingerie, it is really nice to see people provide all sorts of clothing variations when working on a theme, for those that are really into RP and futuristic play, this set is sexy and fits the bill.
The lingerie comes on all layers, with different options, and it is delightfully mod, for tinting possibilities. I am so partial to the white though, one thing that was adorable in this sexy set, is that the pieces actually don’t join, they cling to the skin as only futuristic fibres should and can, and not only that, I secretly think that it’s too clear with the dots and dashes of the creation, that it is in fact a secret message for an unknown force, so make sure you are prepared for the encounter, however close it may be ;)…check out Elixir for very sexy latex and lingerie.
The hair I am wearing is a NEW style from Aden called Kaylee, yes for those of you that thought Aden had left us, the store has re-opened in smaller premises for now. There are 7 New styles as well as older ones you may not already own. The Black tipped Hair Rose is from Essentia, and is one of my all time go to’s with the hair roses, this and the black tipped grey are my most worn I would have to say.
Shoes are the Nana Heels from Enkythings, and the poses I used in this post are all from Persona, there are beautiful poses there for lingerie shoots especially.

So I was working away, got the IM “have you been to _________” I hadn’t and from the name; I knew I would have remembered if I had. So Newdoll TP’d me and while she crashed a few times I looked around with her joining me every second store. We came across the cutest items…which ended with us tping far and wide from satelite store to main, finding even yummier goodies.
Now prim nails are a bit tricky to pose with, as with different poses comes different hand angles, so prim nails can shift a bit, but these and others were so irresistible I couldn’t contain myself. Love Soul has not only these Punk Girl nails, but also matching Punk Girl wristband, and Punk Girl Tie.
You will have to have a mod shape and bring your hands to 20, I had to size mine down from 25 , the gloves that cover your skin nails are tintable and it was so easy to do, the nails are no mod though, but there are Demos to see if they are the right fit for you.
Connected to Love Soul is Junwave, I have not been there for ages, and neither had Newdoll and we more than made up for it tonight, we both got at least a half dozen new to us styles, which was fabulous, this one is the Pompadourtail which I love, and had to recreate their vendor ad with the HoC Glasses that I couldn’t resist buying off Xstreet recently, I love them so much and they are colour change too.
Wearing the belt lift version of a Tank from Popfuzz with the latest release from Dark Eden , the Extreme Cutoffs are just that, extreme!. I have been wearing them on and off since I got them, and it’s like wearing a denim thong, which is just too naughty.
The Kanji Rip Jeans also by Dark Eden come in an assortment of denim colours, with coloured asian script and images on the legs, the rips are just worn and torn fabulous…and with the silkscreen effect up the legs, these are a must have for jeans wearers.
They come in both layers for a perfect boot fit, as well as giving you the options you may need due to tops being extended onto pants layers these days also, more options the better

Speaking of Gorgeous, or in this case Hope. These are the about to be released Hope Skins by Tuli, last week Tuli sent her group a sneak peak in the form of the Group Gift in Natural, and the Picks Prize that is still available and spoken of previously.
These are the rest of the make ups that are to come, and they are superb. Tuli has considered all sorts of needs in this make up range, from a fresh morning dewy look, to a rave party diva need, it is all there you just need to find your inner Hope.
Take the oppurtunity of the generous offerings in the group and picks rewards, to get to know the Hope skin for the next few days, it is released on the 5th so you have time to embrace all that is Hope until then.
