Breathe in and HOLD
Purple Punishment week is almost over, but as I said before I am having too much fun. I still don’t think I will go to one purple as a first choice ever, but I don’t think I will entirely rule it out, and I love how the other ones look. Today somehow ended up being a corset post, I love corsets, in all of their styles, I especially love them when the designer makes them on all options, so that they work with everything, as was the case with these ones today.
With the Addict corsets in the first pic, it is lucky that Kianna did them on every layer including pants, so that I would be able to wear it over underpants layered jeans, and still wear the fabulous new no collar leather jacket by Aoharu, or if I had opted for a cardigan or shrug on the jacket layer. Layers really enhance the experience on how you can get the most out of your wardrobe.
The skinny jeans and frayed come on both pants and underpants layers, so this makes them fun and versatile too. I could have kept layering and mixing and matching these four pieces all day. The second pic veered away from the purple, but again showed the beauty of layer options. Wearing a cropped top on the jacket layer, over a corset on the pants and shirt layer, over a mini skirt on the underpants layer. Eclectic Apparel, Dark Eden and Urbanity all having layers for everything made that so possible. With the large expanse of skin in this look, you may be fooled into thinking not necessary, but the trim on the corset is actually on the underpants layer.
What is fun, is that the corset by Eclectic Apparel is in fact a full breast covering corset, but with the cropped shirt over the top, it looks like an underbust cinch belt style one instead. Whimsy and I took a trip to Xplosion, haven’t been since way back, and wow have they grown in leaps and bounds. Mind you the store was huge already, but I couldn’t resist the cute tank girl stockings, which don’t cover the feet, so I wonder if they are stockings at all, maybe calf coverings ? I don’t know, but they are hot.
Addict has been updating a storm lately, the doubs gloves are another of their great new releases, with either gold or silver buttons they can be fun and funky, or a little more stylised depending on look. I pulled out the older sculpted Anklets by Maitreya, I have not worn these in ages, and mentioned them to Newdoll the other day, and decided I needed to show them some love today.
A Bargain today is the Fawn hair in the last pic by Adam n Eve, this hair is great and it allowed me to get my Cher on. It is part of the 69L humpday promotion, so don’t miss out on the savings there. Other Adam n Eve items are the C ‘mere shoes I have so much fun with, as well as the leather pants which are just beautifully made. Dreams has released a new set of corsets as well this week, with houndstooth as shown as well as ribbed and animal prints.
I also have on one of the latest collars, neko style with adorable diamond paw print dangle. It comes with bling or no bling options, and has a colour change menu. Lots of fun and the cute Cat box that some of the neko items are packed in is awesome.
I love my Ife skins by LeLutka, but today went with the first love on that line Estella, with the beauty marks that are just so lovely. Great hair bases too, with light and dark options.
All my poses today were created by Miseria, I cannot wait until she produces more poses to play with, hopefully she is in the pose fair coming up on the 2nd of April , not sure though, will have to wait to see.

Flaming Co
Whenever I say it will be a quickie, it ends up almost if not longer than my larger posts…so I am not even going to bother with that today. It is only one pic because I actually took it the other day, and then switched skins mid shoot and thought that was just all too aesthetically muddled.
When I saw the notice for this skirt it was instant love, I say that a lot I know, but when I do it is true, it’s the lieing sacks of poo that think pretending they don’t you have to watch out for. You know the ones, they sit in plurk or twitter, or some random group they made to backstab those they call friends, then put down a designer because they think it is ‘cool’ but guaranteed next release of that designer that little parasite is the first to tp.
I love those people, like ringworm. Too dramatic ? probably, but last week I decided that I was going to pull forward that age thing, you know the age you get to say whatever you want, scary for reals, because if I actually did do that, all hell would break loose lol, so don’t panic, I am just not that into you.
What I am into, is this skirt. I love tiered skirts like this one. Incorporating the peasant girl, gypsy look in all its swooshyness. Sn@tch released these in not only one with tops in different colours, but also in a pack of just skirts, and seriously every colour, even the purple I am all for. It is great when a pack works that way, mind you I don’t think there was a singles option, but the price of all of them was in lines with what I paid for one skirt similar a few months back on it’s own, and yet have never worn it since.
It comes with three attachment points, but honestly unless furry, you really don’t need to worry about the leg parts being taken up, unless you carry a firearm down there, and that just has to be dangerous right?
Moving upwards we have the new OhMai tube bra, not made to be ‘pretty’ it is a basic that I have already worn upwards of three times since release, it is just a great ‘grab it and wear it’ piece. When I put the skirt on, I knew what top I wanted to wear it with first off.
A much older item from my inventory, this bolero was released by Bare Rose yonks ago for their ten L store. Talk about love, I damn near broke something trying to get to it, couldn’t find it because I didn’t read the ten L store part…thank goodness they have such great customer service over there, they helped me find it and I bought them all, they are just beautiful at many times the price.
Also loving the swedish nanny hair from Epoque, ok it is totally not called that, but how cool is the design, the braiding that forms a perfect bun is just beautiful, and the one click colouring hud is easy to use.

Down a hole
How cute right, yeah totally. Just a quickie because nothing beats one on occasion.
Tori sent me as a present the latest release in Alice inspired costumey like clothing from Bare Rose. While at the same time I was wearing the latest hair from Magika, now how cool are those tails. If you have ever seen the really strange Alice Sci Fi thingy they did a few years back, the rabbit had hair very similar instead of ears, and I thought that was kind of genius.
A few hours later though a notice came through What’s New SL and bam I was off and hopping on over to Cobrahive to get me some of the adorableness. Those floppy ears, the whiskers which I was already a huge fan of, which you can get seperately in her tails store next door, and a bunny tail you cannot see. The sets are black or white seperately and because her 50% off sale is still on the price is insane.
Remembering that Gala did a bunny inspired make up, I am totally all bunnied up, even my shoes and socks from Urbanity seem to work with the overall look of the divine outfit from BareRose. The dress comes in at least three colours and you could so totally wear the top part on it’s own with pants or something.
With the new hair comes new textures, so be sure to go to Magika if you haven’t been in a while, the new colour pack options are fantastic. Choice overall is just great, and as usual the styles are gorgeous, with Sabina totally upping her game with sculpties lately, look out for more divine do’s.

blog – Doomed to dangle
As soon as I saw the items I am showing today, I knew that they were going to compliment eachother so well. Feeling very earthy, and natural these combination’s allow you to feel free and fresh. MInd you right now I am not feeling free or fresh. Mel has just informed me that it takes me roughly on average 1.5 minutes a log in – due to my inventory – which comes to about 60 hours a year *fans self*.
I saw the first dress on Tori over at BareRose and it was instant love. But I also knew that it was the separate pieces that I would have plenty of fun with…and at triple the price it is so worth it for that belt. The belt does NOT come on its own, you will have to edit it from the skirt…as it is not copy I had to trash one of the colours I could do without. Even if you don’t want to do that, you could always buy a second set and do it to the copies. It really is easy, and such a bargain.
I had to show how versatile it can be, wearing it with a stunning top which was one of my first purchases from Boom when they had a tiny store …I had so much fun shopping there that night with Newdolly, I still remember it <3.
The second dress was also adored from up high, by this stage I was hovering with Tori in the store. I knew that the two dresses were not only something beautiful and easy to add to, but that I would love to have them easily on hand. Whimsy was of the same reaction, informing me that last summer she spent every other day in her Summer Goddess dress
The dress comes with its own necklace of a very unhappy looking sun lol, but I opted for some beautiful jewelry by Dark Mouse, where the design was very similar.
Now about the beautiful skins, as I said the items today for me were very harmonious with each other. As in the past, the skins by Dernier Cri creator have a youthful exuberance to them. I really enjoy their character filled faces, looking all sexy and yet innocent all at the same time. While you could in fact dress up to the nines with this skin on, it really is an everyday all day skin. For those that don’t want that constant made up look it definitely hits the target.
I went hair shopping at Analog Dog earlier today, and picked up this gorgeous style called Lemon. I was a bit surprised to see how her hair packs are now structured, goes to show that I haven’t been there often enough I guess.

Christmas day I was watching telly with my Mum, and I got so excited, because of all things to put on TV Christmas Day here, Breakfast Club was a shock. Usually TV sucks that day, but someone was doing their job, and doing it well. What blew me away the most was, listening in awe to Judd Nelson, and remembering crushing so hard on his character back then, but totally being like WOAH Gobsmacked at the fact he was the one to coin the phrase EAT MY SHORTS!.
Seriously there it was in super sound, he straight out told that cranky Principal guy to do so. There was me all a twitter, flapping about to my Mum, and all traumatised really that I a big 80’s fan didn’t remember it was him, and NOT Bart Simpson. So that got me thinking, that maybe the people behind The Simpsons were in fact die hard fan of John Hughes, but then who wasn’t *waves to Achariya.
So now due to all that flailing, I am of the conclusion that not only is Bart Simpson an ode to Judd Nelsons Character John Bender, but I am absolutely positively convinced that Principal Skinners character is an exact duplicate of Principal Richard “Dick” Vernon’s .
So instead of eating some today, lets wear some. Firstly though, as much as I love love loved, the Shearling Coat shorter version, the long is just sublime. I mean, what is not to love, the soft leather/sheepskin look is fantastic, and I even love how the inside pieces of the sheep skin itself is kind of discoloured, just as it would be RL. The Knit Dress with chain belt, is also super fab, allowing for a tennis dress style look, with a over sized cowl neck. I really like that this was created sans sleeves, because otherwise wearing it under such a coat would become too bulky.
The chain belt is scripted to be worn with or without the fob chain look, and in gold and silver options…very handy and of course wearable with a multitude of items. The second look I love so hard, I would totally wear this all winter in both lives. The Tartan twill like shorts are a find and a half, the store was a cam find of Whimsy’s the other week when we went on our big day out. But the shorts were only in their main, and I am so glad we decided to visit it too, that’s the perfect thing about satellites, they catch the interest of the shopper, and even if they don’t buy up big in them, they certainly make up for it when they tp.
Even more exciting was finding that the gorgeous handbags by BareRose came in an almost identical print, was just drop down awesome. If you haven’t spun by the BareRose Couture store lately to snap up all the bags, you are really doing yourself a diservice. I really am having troubles taking the Saffron Pumps by LeLutka off my feet the last few days, the colours that were released yesterday are fantastical, and if you are or plan to be a member of the LeLutka Group in world, make sure you snap up their gift of the Soft Green pair, WOOOHOOO Green lovers you will be soooooo wrapped in these.
Another beautiful skin by YS & YS , the structure of the face, the multitude of options, make these a skin store to really spend time in. Their newish mainstore is really spacious, so spending a long time there testing out faces of the skins wont get on your nerves, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside too.

Breezing Through
It seems like these pics have been hiding in flickr for weeks, everything has been on fast forward the last few days. Skin/Shape Expo has been going strong since the second the doors opened, and that is a fabulous thing. Right now though I am trying to not lose my mind, due to the fact that my pc seems to want to sound like a powertool all of a sudden and it’s so loud it’s scaring the hell out of me.
I have always felt that the Breeze skins by Gala @ Curio were more of an everyday skin, a bit purer than the Vixen or the Lovely. but by no means does that mean any less sexy. It was just as much fun to dress in different looks for the NEW Breeze 2 skins – now found at Skin/Shape Expo , than it was for the other two.
The first dress I am wearing is actually on my wallpaper, and if you have ever seen my flickr, you will find it familiar, as a dress I recently wore on a romantic dance evening with Mel. It is the Anessa dress by DCNY , named after the delightful Anessa Stine of On Your Toes.
The dress is designed to wear short or long, and has a definite resort/get away kind of romance to it. The colour and style made it perfect for this make up, and opting for bare feet for the evening walk along the beach as the sun sets just felt right.
A day spent outdoors is perfect for the Meeko dress from Bare Rose, I got so excited when I saw this dress, as our favourite pink fox is named Meko and it is such his style. All little girls have at one stage I’m sure had a frock just like this one. The style is so pretty, and the addition of the chest piece not only has the sheer patch but also a curve between the cleavage to actually make the dress more believable in style.
Again able to compliment the beautiful blues in the Breeze 2 Make ups in the Gala skin . The Mary Jane shoes from Miel and their fabulous colour change options worked a treat also, having a lovely cornflower blue in their lights option. The hair I am wearing in the – ok seriously I have been writing this post for 3 days lol – pictures except one are from Clawtooth by Clawtooth , they are the Good Morning and Good Afternoon styles, I really love this hair, there is also a Good Evening with bangs, but these two are my favourite of the three, I am also stoked I went for the red pack not black as usual, because how cute does it look with the kini lol.
The Next picture is the latest releases by Miel, seriously is there nothing those two talents can’t do ? The cali cords are such delightful sculpted skirts with a beautiful belt, you can also buy the belt seperate.
The hoodies, have a beautiful style to them, not your regular sweater hoodie at all. Recently Miel entered hair making, and they have taken to it like ducks to water. The styles I am wearing are either sold with hood attachment or without. So even if you aren’t into the hooded look, you don’t have to miss out on the lovely style.
I really like pulled back bangs do’s, and this one has a lovely widows peak kind of look to it, that is even hotter. The whole look is cool and casual, but with definite style, and the perfect neckline to show off the New at Jewelry fair Primagine Cascade set , this jewelry is really awesome and has that boho but elegant charm that is so in right now. It also doesn’t hurt that it draws attention to the cleavage.
Lastly the Retro Dots Bikini , also from Miel, and so prettyful, the colours available are delightful, and the style is vintagey fun. The top half is sculpted but not hard to edit and it does have a glitch layer.
So as you can see Breeze 2 Skins by Gala are fun and flirty in a ever so pretty way.

J’s has released NEW and Sexy Studded Wedges. Black and white being the theme of the shoot, well with ten colour options on these stunning shoes, it was easy and painless. The Newish hud for the shoes, have preset skin tones, with darker lighter options, making it much easier to change, also with the signature toenail and toering options.
The wrapped around ankle straps are wide but totally soft looking, I love the idea of that, soft leather being worked and cobbled into the beautiful wooden wedge. The outfit I am wearing in the first pic is from Addict , a store owned by the talented and really lovely Kianna Noel . The PYT Tunic has a sensational 80’s vibe belt, with the press stud buttons at the back.
I used to have a corset elasticated belt very similar back in the day, and the annoying part was smarty pants people thinking unsnapping them all at once was funny, it wasn’t because after hours of wear you felt like you just lost part of your body lol. Thankfully in SL that is not possible, and the big bow is just accentuating the small waist the tight belt alludes too. The Tunics come in a rainbow of colour options, and the leggings are also part of the set, which is way handy, can never have too many of those.
I love how deep these are cut at the front, but not even close to how much I love the plunge at the back lol. The next outfit is the Kare Shirts set from Bare Rose, just as sexy and very evocative of nights late in someone elses office. As usual you get lots of options, the ties and shirts come in many colours, and the prim detailing is just awesome, they come with adorable little shorts, but would look fabulous with a tight skirt or even longer pants.
The two styles of hair I am wearing are newish to Junwave, both really lovely uppydo’s that I couldn’t pass up in both bangs choices, the price on both seperately is less than one wig usually costs, so it was a no brainer. Also the rectangle glasses from HOC a steal at the price and colour change on click, they are fabulous frames too and sculpted, so no alpha tricks.
The skin I am wearing today is from Dutch Touch, it is Dune and just delicious, the whole skin has been reworked for this release except for the feet and hands, the mouth is bow shaped and just too kissable, I could see developing a really bad habit of sucking on your bottom lip if these were yours rl. The eyebrows are an incredible selling point for this skin, the thick brow adds a very distinct touch to the face, and apparently by request that has been changed to give a thinner option , but in my opinion wearing them as intended is what makes them so striking.
Iki has been working her way through different stages of process with her skins, and each release has been individual , and these ones are just really stunning, check them out as soon as you can, the make ups are just lovely, I am really glad Iki added more colour to her lips in this one.

Oh Oh Jane
The other style of Hair I am wearing is just YUM, as was the first, but seriously if you are into uppydo’s that do more than just glam your look, this is definitely the one. From top to toe though it is pure love.
Again you get the Diamant option, or normal, and the wide wrapparound bandeau is just fabulous and texture colour change on click, the cute thing about that too, is not only do you get a resize, recolour option, but also a LM if you need one to quickly speed off and get more hair lol.
The make up in this skin, has more of a sleek cats eye look to the liner, and the glossy pale red lips are win. this is such an appealing skin, you really will need to demo demo demo them all, and there are lots to demo.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Miel you never let me down on the cuteness, and today it was like candy for my toes. The NEW as of four hours ago Jane shoes by Miel are incredible. The wedge style is just lovely, but it is the options that had me at hello. Not only do they have this amazing gummy bear like consistancy to the brights version – not shown – but they are just win all around.
The floral ones you can change the straps, flowers and shoes part, and the mono option are just classic brilliance, with piping and straps and buttons OH MY . They all texture change into magnificance, and the colours compliment the Miel range so well. Both outfits and very different looks are from Miel, and with the more casual of the two I added some accessories.
The wide belt I already had in black from COCO but had to grab a brown one for this combination, easy as too with them being on Xstreet lol. The bag is a BareRose handbag, that if you don’t already have them all then you need a spanking, omg how can you not. The textures and styles are fantastic, but also you get different attachment points and they are transfer so they make fabulous gifts.
Finishing up the look with some lovely Jewelry from Uzuri, the necklace, earrings and bangle are all from seperate sets, but together they just worked it so well, especially the necklace with its umber/red tones, that brought the colours I chose in the shoes up to the neck.
More of a continuation of the fabulous animations in the ETrangE-I that I used earlier, so thats two posts and only part of the AO. Way fun and incredibly girly the more you watch them, this week there will be a new release of AO’s at Red Queen so make sure you look out for those also.

Rocking Tibet
Whimsy Winx is going to be assassinated today if she keeps pushing into me with a freenis.
Seriously she is going downnnnnnnn. I saw June Dion today, and one of the latest items she has released is the Yangchen Lhamo set, a Tibetan Rocker set as she herself called it. It has a definite mix of that, and for me it reminded me of Sgt Peppers lonely hearts club band lol. Either way the set is killer cool, and the pieces are exceptionally crafted, as usual it comes with a variet of options, the others being way more colourful.
I love how she has done the pants in this set, she has made them very lowrise, with the upper portion of the waistband as part of the belt, the fit was incredible for my shape I didn’t have to edit it at all. Going with the rocker theme I opted for the Spike heels from Slink and seriously these are some heavy duty pain inducing shoes.
It is love love love for the hair I am wearing now and in the next post. It is from an incredible store called XPlosion, the store is Neko themed, but the styles are a definite mix. From Hair to Skins, with clothing mixed in, it’s fun for all the family.
The Hair I am wearing is just gorgeous, it is Lilli, and it has a diamants option as well as a normal. The skin is also from Xplosion and is just lovely , the tones range from the one I am wearing to darker tones, there is also a big must see for many an all over freckles range. So many different make ups, and at the moment only 3 hair styles , but you are going to want all of them, they are just gorgeous, you wait until you see the next one too :P.
Todays AO By Red Queen is the ETrangE-I again such incredible animations, using the slow animations option in advanced I was able to capture a downward fly for one of the; what looks to be standing poses. The animations are sold seperately or in full AO form, so take the time to check them out and look at them with photography in mind, not just as an AO.

Ballerina – Diesel Works, BareRose, Mesmerize Dungeon, Stellar
Diesel Works just recently expanded into a new store, with a big promotion of gifts, and the recent New Release of the Ballerina Poses featured today. Now other than them being just lovely poses, which they are, they also come with the two colours Tutu set from BareRose.
The poses are fluid and I adore the one were I am fastening up my boots, this set came at the perfect time, as I have recently purchased the AMAZING Ballet Boots from Mesmerize Dungeon.
What is so amazing about them you ask, well lets just talk about the fact that the shape and boot height are wonderful first off, then go into the fact that they are colour change, not just the boots but laces and straps as well. But that isn’t even it, you see these boots unlike any other ballet boots I own are TRAINING BOOTS.
Yeah Yeah they have all the locking capabilities and are restrained life compatible, but that isn’t even the tip of it. You see when you put these boots on they zip up and squeek in real leathery sound goodness, they also have step noises, which you can mute so don’t panic, but again that isn’t even all of it.
You see these boots are inbuilt with pure evil lol. So many criticise Ballet Boots/Shoes in SL , you can’t walk in them etc and so on, blah blah whatever ….in Second Life you can and do, but that is besides the point also. You see these are training boots, which means that you go through a series of levels to achieve more walking ability, and believe me this is HARD work, but soooo much fun, you see while you are in training walk mode every few steps or so you face plant the ground, spin onto your back, pose like you are God’s Gift and then up you get and start all over again.
Seriously FUN FUN FUN, Ashia Tomsen of Inventory Episode and I had Mel, Justice and Kid trailing us all around The Deck last week as we clip clopped around, I was ahead by a quarter of a lap and decided to go back and wait for her lol, this was so adorable you really need to see them for yourself, also get the notecard on all the functions, because there are many.
I also have the Pony Boots, that have you fall on your bum, and I love that fall way better so actually swapped it into my Ballet Boots, there are posestands set up so you see the different walks you do depending on level, and it is HARD but so worth it, and so entertaining.
So fate was this release of lovely poses from Diesel Works with the included if you buy the pack, Tutu outfit from BareRose. Having Ballet tendencies all week it was a meant to be, go try the New Ballerina Poses and check out the NEW Diesel Works store.
The Skins I am wearing in this post are from Stellar, they are the latest and strikingly beautiful Destiny Skins, as soon as I put them on the first thing I noticed was the chin cleft, which I have seen rarely if ever in Second Life before, when speaking to Lexi about them she told me that her daughter has one, so she wanted to incorporate it into her latest skins. This isn’t the first time that Lexi has drawn inspiration from her daughters who have always been spoken of in such high regard and not even in a biased motherly way, but in a way that lets you know that Lexi truly respects and admires them as little Women in training.
The eyeliner on these skins is dramatic but soft at the same time, the make ups range from day wear to evening, so you need to get over and check the demos for your own favourite. The hair is Doris from UncleWeb Studios, an older style that I am not sure if it is in the new store , but hey their hair is fab, so check that out too.
