Sasy Scarborough

The lovely Kala Bijou of Material Squirrel sent me information today about a wonderful event coming this weekend to Phils Place.

The location and all the wonderful information you will need to attend and -hopefully if there are spaces left and wings are your field -participate in is HERE.

You know its not often I put on wings, but i always delight in them when I do…and the ones that are to be released at the fair by Material Squirrel are as usual SUPERB.

I managed to get some pics done just before the Mothership choked, and thankfully one of each to show you how beautiful they are.

I also get to show you some incredible skins I have been wanting to share for a few weeks and am so glad I waited until now.

The Daray Black Wings by Material Squirrel are just stunning, they are statuesque in design and the features of these and the White Dragon Fly Wings are just adorable. When you click on them yourself you can flutter flirtatiously, arch and stiffen with sweet banter in chat, my favourite is embracing someone within your wings, or the option to tickle them with them.

The skins are both by the talented Duo of Popfuzz Bamboo and Mimi Coral and available at the Popfuzz Sim.

The Skins are called Fairy Purple Medium and Dark Drow and they are just YUMMY and I am not even upset that the Mothership wont shine its light on me right now, because it means Im stuck in the Drow and I’m all loving that lol.

This was also the perfect opportunity to show you the NEW Skirtini from Popfuzz Designs, this wonderful bikini with super tiny ruffle is for all sorts of fun in the sun, I love how the style of the top enhances the cleavage and shading on the body, and because of the shape of the cups it gives a look of ample curves, even if you’re not built that way lol.

The Hair in the Drow skin is one of my fav Deviant Kitties styles called Anette, I adore this hair for its Vintage look mixed with a bit of Goth/Vamp , the other style is the cute and fluffy Kyra from Diversity Hair.

So make sure you look up the details of WingFling because it would just be a lovely way to spend some time looking at all the incredible artistry that goes into making such delights for us.

DP Serendipity has released an Adorable Dress/Shorty set in two lovely colour combo’s. They are the amenohini-odekake which means really really cute in Japanese – ok it probably doesn’t but it should :P.

The fabric is delightful in its lightness, and the style overall is perfect for the upcoming warmer days. The babydoll look is just so pretty, but I am besotted by the tank and shorts, that have a Pantaloon/Bloomer kind of look to them.

What is the biggest draw for me to this outfit is the childlike innocence of it, it reminds me of trips to the beach and playing in the sand and swings lol, don’t know why it just does…and remembering those carefree times is never a bad thing.

The really good thing about this set too is that you get tank or longer top for the dress options, so you can show a bit of tan tummy if you wish with the shorts combo.

Both colours I am wearing boots from Dela, the red are the Devon Ankle boot style and the Burgundy are the lovely Madeline. The fabulous NEW hair is by TRUTH and the long one on the left is the stunning Jennifer, a mix of upswept and side bangs with is just fab..the shorter asymetrical style is Toni also a delight.

The accessories are the cute as Cake bag from Honey Kitty..and my fav vintage Glasses from Artilleri which are the Gladys glasses in green. I am also wearing the fabulous NEW 4th Generation skins from Minnu Model Skins which I included some more face shots below. I am wearing the River hair with those pictures by Maitreya.

These skins are simpler in make up in a clean fresh way, and they have freckles options that for some are a much wanted feature, that Minnu has smattered delightfully across the nose and cheeks in a subtle way.

The make ups are lovely and the lips have a nice gloss to them, make sure you go and grab all the DEMOS and check them out for yourself.

Newness is always Yummy and when they go hand in hand its even yummier.

Kuranosuke Kamachi of Dela as I have shown in the past, doesn’t just make incredible shoes, but also some amazing clothing spurts out of there too.

The latest Newness is the Cobain tops, and they are not only design wise fabu, but also sculpted which is so much fun.

The style has that Grecian look about it, which I always love…but it also balances on the edge of very naughty in the design.

When I first put it on I happened to be wearing a full piece swimsuit on the pants layers so all of a sudden I had on what looked like this very provocative raised up dress – go on tell me your dress has never ended up in that exact position 😛 and no faking it with’ yes when your putting it on’ because I wont believe you.

So depending on what look you’re going for one fine night lol, this ‘top’ has you covered. I do adore the intentional tunic style though, long tops with body to them do look sensational over dress pants , and this is no exception.

Kura has made the fitting a breeze too by providing regular and large fit top and bottom, and they are also mod so it should be a snap to get them to fit your shape well. The colours are Yummy and don’t they just look fabulous with the other newness which is the Not So Subtle Skin from Kalon by Kyrinnia Desmoulins, what Kyri has done with the Eloh bases is just OMG!….she has done so many incredible changes to them they are superb.

The mouth on the Not So Subtle is just wonderful and they all sell for only 100L each, so go and grab all the DEMOS. The shoes I am wearing in the pics are both by Dela and are the Ibiza sandals and the Namid 2 Sandals with the texture change gemstones.

The pants I chose to wear because of their lush linen look are the highwaist pants from Studio Sidhe, I am wearing the slate and as the Cobain top is made of the jacket layer and the pants tops are also same layer I am only wearing the pants, but as the top comes down over them it doesn’t matter :P.

The hair styles shown are both from bOON and I just love the Mat and chocolate textures in both so much.

Now what do you do when you get new toys and have time on your hands due to the Mothership orbiting above your head in a crazy manner, well you do a little filmclip so that you can show off all the makeups of the Not So Subtle Skins lol – don’t judge me I am new to this :P.

The big Red Stick Hunt is on right now, everyone jumped the gun of course lol but Laynie Link has done an incredible job of preparing this incredible event.

This HUGE event is only a small part of a much bigger event for the RL organisation that is having its yearly festival right now, and thanks to Laynie and others they have shared this with us YAY look for more details HERE of RL events for the festival.

I have myself run around this morning and grabbed some fab goodies , just look for the red sticks that actually look like relay batons and buy for 0L and get the goodies :o) .

Juicy a NEW Shoe Store has released their first shoes, the Classic Pumps in some incredible, and God I wish they were Edible colours.

There is something about these shoes that reminds me of Arikinui, I think its the idea of stomping on fruit and your feet ending up such delish colours- yup that would be it.

These shoes are wonderful sculpties that are as they are called, Classic for a reason. The style is elegant and versatile for so many looks, and the colours are stupendous.

Often is the case that you have some vivid outfit colourwise and you end up resorting to your mono colour palette but not now, now the only resorting you will be doing is to your favourite holiday location -lol I’m such a cornball.
There are many options for purchasing your Juicy Classic Pumps, singularly or in mini packs of 3 or the Juiced up Fat packs- I doubt they are called that but they should be.

What I love about the vibrancy of these colours is that I have always been a fan of an all black outfit, featuring coloured shoes…its something that can add such dimension to a look.

As I always say thanks to my Mum, “Everyone looks at your feet’ the saying the shoes maketh the man has to come from somewhere, right?.
Fia argued that point with me once and then came back and declared it true that now he actually notices that he does it lol, my Mummy’s always right darn it.

Ok maybe not your normal Royalty, but when you are dressed in such finery as the NEW gowns by Sachi Vixen of Adam n Eve it is really hard not to feel like one.

Flora the first delight in the release, comes in many other sensational colours, but today you get to see the beautiful soft Pink.

As usual Sachi has outdone herself with options in this beautiful Gown. It comes with not one, not two but four skirt options, and 3 divine tops. I love the incredible silk fabric over all, but its all the detailing to the tops and the hemline that make it so remarkable.

As I have shown you all the tops options, you can see that with each skirt you have three yummy creations to wear for any occasion where you want to look as stunning as you can. The set also has a slim veil that attaches to the back of your head and you can move that to where you most like it to sit for the particular style of hair you choose.

I am wearing the Snood hair by Curio, that also has hair net in lace and netting options (not worn) . The skin I am wearing is the lovely Pandora Skin also by Adam n Eve in the Gorgeous Make-Up, I am also wearing the lovely Volar shoes by Damen Gorilla of Adam n Eve and the Cherub texture goes so well with this Gown.

The other incredible Gown newly released is Sakura , in China the Cherry Blossom/Sakura represents Femininity and the incredible beauty of this Gown will accentuate all of yours.

The incredible Gold fabric of this gown is like Liquid, it just runs down your body and clings to all your curves harmoniously.

Again this Gown has many wearing options, four skirts and as well as the stunning strapless gown top you have the lace shrug in spun gold thread. You also have the incredible feathered strap adorning one shoulder, ending with the lovely long gloves.

Perfectly matched to this stunning gold, is the NEW Seductress shoes also available at Adam n Eve in the yummy Old Gold, they pick up the colour of the incredible pleating of the skirts to Sakura, I love that these two talented designers work in such harmony together when creating pieces that compliment each other so well.

No idea whatsoever why I called the post that -Ok I do I’m fibbing.

The last few days I have been all about the Coyote Ugly look, its odd I know, but it has been fun. The item that inspired this mood are the incredible Sexy Ripped Jeans from Naima by Naiman Broome.

How did I find such delights? well a lovely girl called Lumina came into my work and I just had to have lol. Now I could have inspected her lol but I was already in IM with her over other work related things so I behaved. She was kind enough to hand over the landmark and as soon as I could I was off and running.

It wasn’t just the sensational worn look of these stunner’s that attracted me to them so much, but actually the belt was the draw card.

You see it has loops from the jeans themselves around the prim belt, and that is an awesome detailing for realism, as usually any belt you wear has to be moved about so much to sit over the pants, and if the pants already have a belt etc then it never really works.

I have tinted the belt a bit too it is a lighter brown than shown, and you also get white belt and both come in two sizes for easier fitting WOOOHOO.

Now one thing I have to point out that has its pro’s and con’s , is that they are transfer , so because of that there is only the jeans on pants layer *pouts* but they are MOD , my issue with that is that for some reason pants you mod to shorten for boots NEVER seem to look the same from that point downwards again -this may have changed but I hate testing it lol.

Really wanting a boot look for these jeans , I opted for bottoms only, which does work with many of the heeled boots in SL , just dont wear the tops and you get the boot look without the tuck . I am wearing the Brown Garcia boots from Dela with these fab fab Sexy Ripped Jeans , I love the style of these boots with tops or not , but as they were a much deeper brown that is why I tinted the belt .

Then realising I only had my fav Cowboy Hat hair with the black hat , I raced over to Celestial Studios to get the brown Cowgirl Hair/Hat, but again alas too light , so tinting was again called for -thank goodness for mod but why why why Starley is there only a dark brown in the mens version of this hat *pouts*.

All up though the look and comfort factor of this look was just Yummy, and well sexy is as sexy does lol. If you want to be daring of course you can opt out of panties , but for me I went with the Sasy full piece swimsuit in Silver from Persona , yet again utilising it as a top with benefits lol.

I am wearing the full cover bottoms , as the medium and small versions left space between belt and band , and I lived through that with bodysuits in the 80’s and *shudders* I cant handle it , though funnily I don’t mind panties straps showing a little bit above a pants band. But something just makes your body look odd when there is a chunk of flesh gaping through , so the full cover fixed that nicely YAY Myllie.

I promised that I would show you the Sasy swimsuits in their swimsuit lovelyness , and here they are , but I still cant not be Cowgirl today lol, actualy this rolls over from the end of day yesterday…I was so exhausted that I declared myself off clothing for a bit and decided I just needed to relax in my New Swimsuits from Persona and lay back and chill.

So not only were they named after me, but they really made me feel less stressed lol. Again pointing out the incredible colours and bum covering options are both just wonderful , Myllie made me so happy with these not just for the honor of naming them after me, but the fact they do have modesty options lol.

I am wearing the Black Cowgirl from Celestial Studios this time which was the first I bought because it has a skully at the front and I just thought that a Pirate Cowgirl was so darn cute.

The skin is the Brand NEW skin from Damiani , they have released a brand new skin called Isabelle and this is the normal smoke heavy peach Make Up, again a wonderful skin with incredible shading and face detailing, with mod perms so that you can darken the tint to suit your needs, You will need to wear the baldbase provided though as its distinctive to the skin itself…remember DEMO DEMO DEMO.

I am wearing also the Byzantine Choker and Medalion Bracelet from Essentia both in silver.

When I was little, as silly as this may sound -but you should be used to my silly by now, I used to think that places with town at the end of the name meant that they were a long way away- laughs because that just seems sillier typing it.

I am a city girl, and I don’t know why; as I said, but it just seemed in tv and movies it was always little places that were towns lol.
Why am I babbling about this you wonder? welllllll Truth Hawks’ friend Ignite Nightfire has released a NEW pair of FABULOUS corkie wedges this week, and both of those boys are city slickers like me, and as they are both from the same city as me… we all know that Newtown is so far from being country its not even funny.
These are the fab Newtown Wedges and as soon as I saw the cork wedge I bounced in glee all over Truths IM box lol -but shhhh don’t tell him.

This court shoe style rounded toe, stacked on top of the incredible sand coloured cork is just pure YUMMY!

Not only do they come in this rich vibrant colours, but there is also a texture change version. So instead of having to fish around in numerous folders you have one delicious option you can click on and just change which makes dressing so much easier.

They are available this weekend at TRUTH and Ignite’s talent just astounds me, damm him lol, you will remember he is the aussie behind the Arcane skins that are now also in TRUTHS Store, so go and grab the shoes and the demos.

OMG ok this is true story and I was just about to tell you about my all time favourite pair of RL wedge corkies that were denim and I used to wear everywhere, and remembered that I fell in them once on the edge of the footpath as it was cracked and the whole sole snapped off them, I was devastated but just realised THAT happened in Newtown lmao ok thats too bizarre- and for Sydneysiders that know Newtown footpaths, you will know how not uncommon landing on your bum in public is around there lol.

What is also bizarre for coincidences, is that I was going to blog these first thing this morning and had taken the shoe shots when I got an IM from Faery Sola of Studio Sidhe , she has made her FIRST pants ever, and she is also an aussie like us, so fate I tell ya that the colours of these incredible High Waist pants are the same colours as the Newtown Wedges– my blogging life is surreal.

For a start FIRST PANTS EVER, and they are divine- we wont even talk about my silly not realising there was a jacket layer part to give the high waist at first, I was too intrigued over the fabric and those sensational piped seam lines at the front.

The rough linen fabric and overall detailing is pure vintage, these are the pants our mummies wore and some of your grandmothers, depending on your age.

The colours available are rich and deep, and again FIRST PANTS EVER! I really cant get over that, I cant wait to see more of these creations come from Faery, she is gifted definitely and this might be a new direction for her, which I am hoping grows and grows.

The pants were created for the Redstick International Animation Festival, and should be in the store today. I am wearing the cross over halter top by Camie Cooper from It’s all Good which from what I remember comes in a pack – typed tan in search inventory- I wanted to use a bit of that light tan colour to accentuate the cork in the shoes.

The skin is the fabulous NEW Generation4 skin MMSLight-makeup6a by Minnu Model Skins, and the hair is Babe 3 from Gurl 6, which is a great flexi style.
