Only 2 days left of Hair Fair 2015 and I am sad to see it go for another year. The styles featured today are by Elua, a great store that I always get really excited about seeing at different events. One thing I need to say about these styles are that they are SO UNISEXY I wish Slink had their Male items released so that I could have given this hair more attention, because it would make the hottest surfer guy ever. So again, get over to their store if you are a guy and try them on, because RAWR on men and women.

A glorious day today was realising that the Rompers at this round of C88 by The Secret Store had SLink versions. Love when items are made for the body you wear, generally proper standard sizing does work for me with Slink Physique, but this was just effortless, no alpha needed at all, so YAY Maylee. The adorable under the sea motifs just heightened the love.

Also wearing some great platforms by Fri.day with the background of this great neon seahorse that I duplcated to make my backdrop more interesting, adding a little glow and changing its colour…PERFECT.

Hair Fair for me is not only the wonderful community spirit and giving to such a worthwile cause as Wigs for Kids, but it is a chance to actually see some great people face to face. Unfortunatly for many of them, it is only once a year that that occurs…one such joy for me is seeing Kavar. I do get to see him a few more times a year, but of late not as often as I would like, so in body and spirit there he is, setting up his Hair Fair hair.

It is how we met actually, the year was 2008, the location the far left sim at the rezzables locations. I found a broken vendor, IM’d him, and the rest is history :). I love how he has grown as a store over the years, his enthusiasm and motivation to be the great hairstylist that he is, as well as an awesome person.

The very sexy styles gave me the chance to wear the new Lingerie by Girl Thursday that is at this round of My Attic. You can get your hands on double packs during the event, and they are all just beautiful, including also fuller briefs and a thong option.

When running over to Exile booth during set up, Ashia and I both went OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at The Future Outcasts style, but Kavar is so cheating with this style, because he promoted it with only a MAN in the ad, and yet included much to our glee a female fit. We already planned on making it work no matter what, but that was a pleasant suprise. If you were fooled by the ad into thinking only men could wear it, hightail it back to the event, and get your hands on it, it is HOT HOT HOT. Kavar, you are very naughty for fibbing to your customers in this way, but we forgive you ♥

Blueberry is located on the Redhead Sim of Hair Fair 2015, and one of the surprises is that they are donating 100% of all sales to Wigs for Kids…so if you have not been over, and you are a Blueberry fan – who isn’t – then you need to make sure to check their booth.

Now I did find that some of the styles did not fit me without some tweaking, but seeing as I wear a mesh head, that is not to say they won’t fit everyone, they do also come in different sizes, so you can adjust that way….also if not wearing mesh, you can use the alphas included. So be sure to demo, as you should always do with hair anyway.

I am wearing an incredibly sexy bikini by Baiastice today, and chose to take pics down by the beautiful landscaping that Whimsy did recently at The Deck…honestly sleep longer than 6 hours and you never know what you are going to log into. We recently ran over to Head Hunters Island and shopped a lot, we love that store, we go every few months and just binge shop.

So much fun using the new Oh Snap props and poses by Nantra for this round of My Attic, selfies with a selfies stick included. It was a great way to show off the hair by EnVogue at Hair Fair 2015. You only have a few days left to get your hands on everything at the fair, and help Wigs for Kids.

The dress is a stunner, and has standard sizing, and versions for the Slink Body, which just hugs your curves beautifully. The print is great, and the colours are lovely. I went out for a few minutes and got an IM from a lovely new resident GingerLyon telling me the dress was beautiful, an hour or so later I released her from my IM – I was feeling very chatty yesterday :).

As soon as I saw the Dulcie swimsuit from My Attic, I knew that I would want to feature it with the Tableau Vivant hair from Hair Fair. The glamorous resort look to this one piece suit is divine, and it has a sheer upper version as well, for those a little bit on the naughtier side. The colours are amazing and in the future I am going to torment Lacuna until she makes printed versions as well 😛

Combining it with the fabulous Chaise the Wave lounger from My Attic, the hairstyles just have such a refined look to them, and it all tied beautifully in. The Scarlet hair has the option of this beautiful hat and ribbon, or without…then you have this great unisex shorter style and the gorgeous straight style called Ten, which of course leads you to think of the beach and that great Bo Derek movie. While the hair is not hundreds of beaded braids, the style works so well for the name, as it has an almost ‘just out of the water’ quality when worn with the shatush opptions with the darker bottoms.

It is My Attic time again, which means all the wonderful items there are 95L during the event. Whimsy and I have made a Poolside set as the theme is Cruise/Resort, and poolside is where you want to be on both. We even managed to include a pool, but you can use the poses and towels and cushions with your own if you have one already, as it is in the towels that all the poses are located. The Swimsuit I am wearing is by Luxuria, and it’s scalloped finish is delightful. The My Attic special means that you get two options in the pack, which will be sold separately after the event, and as you can mix and match upper and lower, you want to grab all that you can now.

Showing off the beautiful styles at this years Hair Fair by Oleander, so pretty and really awesome looking huds that come with…I truly love seeing all the amazing hud styles people come up with in SL, because I threw Flair together in the begining I never spent the time to work on making my huds look as beautiful as the ones I see, and I regret that everytime I face another great one. I love that there were so many pigtails and braids at this years fair, these ones definitely resonated with me, and the creator is awesome too 🙂 we chatted a lot during set up time, mostly about T.V but that is what you will get if you mention T.V anywhere near me 😀

I am also wearing the new YS&YS Skin that is at this round of Shiny Shabby. It is called Samantha, and she is so pretty, I really love how she looks on the different heads. Make sure you run over and grab the demo and try it on.

Elikatira is in this years Hair Fair, and over the years she has had to miss a few of them, but us having her back for the 10th was really special, as she is one of the founders of the event. When I saw her Claire style it was instant love all over the place. That pigtails style is just perfect, a mix of half updo and tails, that just adds a little country to the big city.

The sidepony is a joy also with the Rayne style, and brooklyn is all attitude. I am wearing them with the lovely dress from Mutresse that has an incredible hud with an option to change every element of the dresses details, so you can get a staggering amount of variations.

Also worn are some great gatcha items from YS&YS the bangles, necklace and shoes are all prizes you can get from their booth at OhmyGatcha.

At Hair Fair each year we usually end up launching a brand or two. This year that is Murray. Murray is not a new to SL creating team, it is actually a few older creators coming together under one umbrella so to speak. I am not going to disclose names, not my place, but they are definitely creators you already know and love.

The hairstyles are beautiful, so pretty and while they are casual in my looks today, they are perfect for sleeker and more sophisticated ensembles. I adore the tucked behind the ears styles, they are wonderfully executed, and make showing off jewellery a breeze for content creators that need that for ads. Well thought out styles and such pretty textures. Small and large options with larger breast options as well.

I really need to go and buy up as much in Razor as I can, because the last post and this post both have such great Razor items in them, that I need to see what they have done since I bought them. This dress also has a full hud with all aspects of the dress being changable. The colours of the sleeves, the lace, the skirt colour, and even the colour of the print on the shirt, or even all black, which you do not see because that is the pic I used for the back view, but what is not to love with that back view.

INK is another store that I get really excited about checking out each year during Hair Fair – I get excited about them all of course, but there are booth internals that always make me smile – Not just because his booth internals are always so pleasant and pretty, so nice to just stand in, but also because of the lovely hairstyles and male hair, that can be unisex as well. Male hair being such a big deal during the event, as last year I got yelled at a lot about it.

Tranquil deer in the booth this year, and some great styles. The Who1 style I am wearing which is the short style, also has a second option that completely covers the face, so much fun. The other thing I really exclaimed about, was how soft the textures look, I really love this beige blonde colour, and could see myself wearing it a lot in the future, so so soft and shiny. Make sure you visit them on the redhead sim.

I am wearing another of the Glam Affair skin appliers from this round of Collabor88, and it is the no make up version, with her candy lip appliers on…make sure you give that a try if you have a LeLutka head, because it is so pretty and the brows are fab.

Every year I am always excited to see what RedMint does for Hair Fair. Last year my friend Vivian ended up wearing one of the releases as her staple hair for at least 8 months, so this year I made a quick run over to see what Moni had in store for us, also because she always does balloons for me ♥. This year running into her booth was a mistake, because I screamed as I thought I was about to fall from a great height…if you have ever played Portal, you will definitely get a full on feeling of that game in her booth, and it is most excellent…once I realised I was not about to plummet to my death.

The hair release is stunning, and two of the styles have incredible features that are also hud driven for texture change. I was immediately smitten with the hair on the left, because WOW, but then the middle style as much as it first made me go hmmm, definitely won me over as soon as worn, it is so uniquely awesome.
