Second Life – Marketplace – Sku Quick Fill Tutorial
While at a content creators meeting recently, I was thanking the Lindens for the implementation of SKU and Quickfill, it is not new, it has been around for years now, but it is something I like very much, so in the moment, I put it out there. Later that week someone asked about it, not sure what I was exactly referring to, and as I had planned — also for years now, to do a video on its uses, this seemed like the kick in the tush I needed. When I say I like Second Life Marketplace listing, I am not fibbing, it is not something I am referring to for myself either, I do not have enough items listed for that to be a thing. I have personally listed for over a dozen or more full brands/stores over the years (not for free) and some of those stores had many hundreds of items. I find it both challenging and fun, it is kind of like those rapid fire games like Diner Dash for me…get in and get out again. I never did understand why people hated it so much, but hopefully if not already using these features, this video can help. I understand that people have their own methods, and I do understand that there are many reasons for people to not enjoy doing something but Second Life Marketplace statistically for many brands is the higher earner…so having items there is important. I know many people that will look for something on Second Life Marketplace first, then visit the stores that come up, using it as a visual search engine. I hope you like the tutorial.
I need to do a shoutout to my pants, we know I love pants, it is not a secret, my blog used to be called Sasypants. I seem to live in these ones now though…the fatpack was a must as soon as I read that it allowed for texture change of the tie and stripes separately from the pants, so many variations are possible, also there is text on them, but that is able to be turned off, as I have done. When I was at Foi, I also picked up some jeans with ruffles at the bottom, who on earth knew that such a thing was a need, well Foi did.
