Rebellious

When I came into SL I got so excited about many many things, like we all do. But one big squeel was over all the silks I saw running around the grid. I was so excited growing up in the 70’s I actualy had harem pants that I remember wearing to primary school -thats kindergarten to 6th class here.

But when I went to buy some silks the friend that brought me into world said ‘You can’t wear them” oh you can imagine the argument that happened for the next 2 hours after that statement, but it was explained- ok it was yelled, that Kajira wore silks in SL not regular girls playing dress-ups.

I was still really annoyed at the fact I couldn’t swan around pretending I was Jeannie, so “NOT” happy about that, but when I debated and came to realise that I wouldn’t want some random guy to tell me to kneel *LMAO* like to see them try actually… sadly the passion for the idea diminished…and yes I am fully aware that Kajira’s don’t only kneel etc etc – I am so pro-lifestyle choice so don’t even attempt to go there lol.

Anyway over the 2 years I have been in world I have, on the down low lol , purchased silks and had fun with them myself …but there are some fabulous silks out there and sometimes you just have to say ‘I know what I am, I know what I want , I wanna be Jeannie’ lol.

This is the latest Harem Set I have been lucky to be given by Zorena Deckard of Ookami Ningen, you see Zorena also is a lover of dressing up, she creates incredible items for herself to play in, and sometimes we are lucky enough that she sells them in her store.

Now whether you are Kajira or not, if you love pretty silks then this set is one to check out, the colours are rich and the texture is wonderful, I really adore the gold detailing and image at the bottom of the attachments.

You have two silks skirts options also which is fab, the sides only option, or the sides and front, the prims are sized to perfection, didn’t have to touch a thing YAY. My favourite part to this set is the asymetrical top, its just lovely and could be worn with dress pants or a long skirt of the non silk variety. There is just something really feminine about silks in any design and I am sure that is why so many girls love wearing them, and why creators enjoy making them.

Yesterday I found a NEW to me hair store, called CopyKat..how did I find it? hee hee Inspect is a wonderful device, fall in love with something made of prims right click on it on the person, and click more, then inspect, and then see creators profile and wooosh off you go shopping lol.

The hair I am wearing is DEIRDRA in black, a lovely style for this look, but overall just a really beautifully structured high pony, but its a bit more than that actualy, at the very top the hair is wrapped around the start of the pony and then coming from the wrap is a dynamic fishbone braid, before falling the rest of the way in a long straight ponytail, it has delicate wisps of hair from wrapped part and it just really is very attractive a style.

The style reminds me of my hairpiece days in the 80’s lol I used to have an incredibly long tail, and would wrap my hair around it to hide the fact it was an extension, funniest thing ever was once at a club in a rush I went passed a guy and my tail got caught on his shirt button.
I was caught bad too it was funny as hell, but he tried so hard to delicately untangle me and was so upset, then i just yanked really hard from the hair part and he freaked out , until i laughed and told him it wasn’t real, poor guy I think I aged him at least a year- don’t you just love my stories :p .

The skins I am wearing are the Arcane Ghost in Vivid Mystical, seriously love the Ghost…and the Wonderful Pandora Saucy from Adam n Eve which totally brings out my naughty side lol, and has incredible back detailing and yummy as all get out feet that when wearing not alot of anything is a fabulous skin to wear.
