Teagan Blackthorne of Style Your Destiny passed me a NEW Gown release for April Fools Day, but I don’t get the joke ????

Its a lovely gown, with different options of wear, showcasing one of my dear friends Sock Monkey- ahh remembers fondly days spent in the jungle, squabbling over who had the bigger tic infestation – *Focuses as its not time to reminisce.

I especially adore the red bow displayed at the top of this gown, on one of the options of wear, but if red isn’t your thing, you can go without…so versatile sooo chimp chic.

You can go and get your own Sock Monkey Gown at Style Your Destiny, and swing by Bewitched hair for the fabulous flea dipped Layla hair which is a wonderful way of keeping your hair out of your face. My subtle make up today is from About, sometimes a girl just has to go with the Natural look, you know “Back to Basics”

Kyrinnia Desmoulins known for her work on Essence, has opened a store called Kalon this week, offering some wonderful Eloh Mods for Sale.

Kyrinnia has done some great changes to the skins, and I have nagged her about bringing them out in the past around another fund raiser time, as she missed out on having some done for that.

The two tones she has so far is Vanilla in the first pic, with the Glitterati make-ups that are glossy and colourful, great for nights on the town showing off your sexiest outfit.

The second tone is the Sugar, which is an incredible Goth skin, with dramatic make-ups, I really liked the flesh coloured shading as contrast to the white of the tone.

Kyrinnia also has an update group set up to join, info in her store, so go and check out these wonderful mods, the prices are fab and you will really enjoy her make-ups.

Also I am not sure how long for, but Liquid Velvet Studios has set out eight 10L Lingerie style gowns in the main store so go and get those while you can. The hair in the first pic is by boon and is the HNB27. The second style is Nalirra by Here Comes Trouble.

Babyboo Glitterbuck of Here Comes Trouble, suffered the loss of a much loved family member last week, So that she was able to deal, she created.

Through her love for her Papa, she has released an huge collection of hair, that I just love so much – I always love her hair though, but knowing that it was made with thoughts of a cherished loved one, makes it that much more special.

The three styles “In, Loving, Memory’ are of course dedicated to him, and the motivation for the rest came from that love too.

They are all superb styles, and the ones with clips and ties all have texture change on click functions. Go and try on all the DEMOS, and enjoy something that was made with love.

Another post about some beautiful pieces from Rose Petal Creations (RPC) . I was going to wait until tomorrow to post on these beautiful Waltz Gowns by Rose Farina, but then Roslin Petion of Fleur was lovely enough to let me show some of the NEW Deux Parfait skins.

I had already decided when I got Waltz Blanc to show its wonderful use as a Wedding Gown, and as soon as I saw the Fleur Vanilla Deux Parfait 3, I had my Blushing Bride.

From left to right you have the stunning Waltz Gowns in Blanc, Sky and Copper, and yes Copper is for after the wedding, or during for your bridesmaids too. But these aren’t supposed to be wedding gowns, but the white did inspire my thoughts.

The delicate scalloped trim across the top of the bodice is adorable, and I love the top of the Gown skirt, with its gathered look done delightfully with prims, gathered at the back in a lovely bow, as I said before Rose definitely hits the Girly radar.

There are an abundance of colours starting from pale pastels to deeper tones, and any or all will make you feel like a princess. The beautiful texture falls smoothly down the skirt and there are two skirts in the set, one is scripted for better display when sitting.

Complimenting their beauty greatly is the Toffee Deux Parfait 6,Vanilla Deux Parfait 3 and the Strawberry Deux Parfait 2, all from Fleur and incredible Hand Drawn skins.

All three look ready for kissing, those lips are divine, and the overall tone is superb… I have said it before about Fleur skins that there is such a wonderful softness to them that really does make you want to preen, and blush, and bat your eyelashes at your admirers.

Parfait was the first step in a new direction of quality skins for Fleur, their release at the start of the new year was a stunning suprise to their avid fanbase, and a much welcomed one, and now adding to that is Parfait Deux , due to popular demand.
Regardless of Boutique or Vivant, when CJ Carnot and Roslin Petion release NEW skins for us to love, they always release such stunning unique looks for each skin; as though creating an individual representation of your ideal you…with differences in shapes and your choice of tone, you can make your Fleur yours.

Go and grab lots and lots of DEMOS, and be sure to express the girly girl in you by visiting Rose Petal Creations as well.

The charming Rose Farina of Rose Petal Creations, has a flare for femininity. Anything I have ever worn of hers in the past has super-sized my Girly Girl.

When I saw these dresses yesterday I was so excited, making gimme gimme fingers and everything – don’t even pretend you don’t do that kind of thing RL when at Phil’s Place.

The name Bonita , brings home the fact that this is a dress to Salsa in, to tempt and tantalise your partner with every flick of your hips, and meaningful stare . Tempt and enticing is what you will do when you wrap yourself in this gorgeous dress.

The fullness of the skirt and sleeves is a movement delight, they have incredible fullness, and flowing flex, that swishes and sways ans you walk or dance for your admirers.

I love the skirt and sleeves, but it was the body of the dress that truly captivated me.

The beautiful Cowl Necked style of the dress, is splendid. The drape of the beautiful silk fabric is inspired,as you move, dance it will shimmer with you, and I love just the thought of that *tingles*.

My next gimme gimme was for the beautiful rich colours in this dress. They are divine for so many reasons, one being that they will actually mix well, I know to some that would be strange; but I would so mix the purple skirt with the green top, or vice versa. They also give you the opportunity to wear some richly coloured shoes.

I am wearing the Purple Vintish Shoes by Aphrodite Creations – look for new things planned there, Jade Diva Heels the Newly released Colours by TESLA – still love these shoes so much and the sturdy heel is perfect for dancing all night. The Destiny shoes by White Rabbit in Blue Linen are fabulous and super high and super sexy.

The hair left to right, is Dorothy, Gypsy 1 & 2 and Missy all by TRUTH Designs, and all fabulous for clipping a hair rose too from Essentia. The skins- because as soon as I saw the Cowl I knew which skins I needed for yummy cleavage- are the Popfuzz Sparkle Make-Up skins in Pale…and at the moment Popfuzz is having a SALE so go and check them out.

The yummy sculpted Choker is from the Sonya set at Bare Rose which is a gorgeous set, and I adore the choker that comes with, so if you have it, fish it out on occasion.

Go and see the beutiful Island that Rose Petal Creations nestles on, and definitely get Bonita for your next night out.

Canimal has a talent for picking great names for her clothing, This latest release from Canimal Heresy, is a killer dress with such beautiful detailing.

I am a huge fan of corsets as outer wear you may have noticed, and I am so excited that two posts ago on Canimal I actualy wore one of her Lingerie Corsets as outerwear, now I don’t have to do that, because in Heresy she has created a layer just for that look.

This is a tight fitting mini dress with fab features and plenty of versatility, as many of her outfits have. First off the stunning option of skinny tie or not is just great, I love that naughty school/Mens Wardrobe Borrowing combo, done in a different way.

One thing that also stood out, other than the magnificent textures, was that Canimal has added prim sleeve ends to the tops, not just sleeve puffs or caps, but actual rings at the base of the sleeve to give it a cleaner more finished look…I am so impressed lately with the extra steps designers are going through, to really enhance our experience.

Great thing not only is the corset jacket layer can be worn with an abundance of other incredible things, but that the bottom of the corset for the shirt layer is on the pants of the micro, so if you have a favourite jacket/sweater combo you cant live without this week, then you can still wear that over the top and keep the ‘look’, love love love that.

I also wanted to show you how the shirt and corset would look with pants, if micro minis aren’t you cup of bonox, they you are still well sorted. Definitely worth the purchase to have all of the top layers of this set to wear with your favourite jeans or dress pants. The colours of the corsets and ties are rich and gorgeous and you they all went really well with the heavenly NEW shoes from Maitreya.
These are called the Mishima Dawn – Ruff Leather, and they are a new take on the incredible Limelights released in the past.

I love love love the limelights, the style is fabulous especially for dress pants, but with prim cuffs as I said before you need that extra bit of height and these give you that delightfully.

The texture on these new shoes though and the overall detailing is as usual superb, these remind me of the white and buttoned attachments that men used to put over their dress shoes in the beginning of last century, or the victorian boots the ladies would wear, that needed a hook to fasten.

I have always adored that style and its this and the limelights that bring out that fondness for the design for me.

Beau and Onyx are incredibly intuitive when it comes to knowing what we need in footwear, before we know we need it, I was so happy with the limelights but now I am overjoyed that they enhanced on what was already in my mind, perfect. Make sure you go to Maitreya and grab the DEMOS , and while you are there check out the hair, as I am also wearing Eva from Maitreya, a stunning Sculpted style, MAKE MORE HAIR ONYXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Also speaking of Demos make sure you check out the wonderful Essence skins also from Canimal , when you are grabbing Heresy. Ok thats a scary thought for those that know me, but Ana Lutetia posted an incredible letter by Gwyneth Llewelyn on her blog (click her name to link) and it got me thinking as I said. I had already dismissed the whole trademark thing, deciding that if they want me to do all that work, on each post , I just will have to not mention them lol, mind you I can copy paste it on my slurls doc and just copy paste like i do everything else , it would just add more work to my whopping posts lol.

But then I thought, eek all those wonderful blogs that actualy have those names in their titles, what of them ? I know in blogger you can make your title different from your actual url but if you have to change that too , all those links in thousands of blogs having to be updated to take on the new url ?.

Is it even possible without cost to the owner to even do that? with the paid for sites like Linden Lifestyles as an example, will they want to, and what does that mean for the thousands of archived posts , to me archives are what is so wonderful about blogs, the ability to go back and look at what was in second life and find hidden treasures you may be too young to know about.

What if because of this they lose all that, and there is a lot of pride for some designers who have been blogged too, I have come across profiles in the past with links to blogs that have done posts on them, that means all that is lost too :((. This just keeps getting worse.

What about fashion planet and world of , both of those have SL in the names, would Tao have to spend hours or days redoing all those links to the feeds , argggggggggggggggggggggh, and would he want to ?

Just like the sims it is truly the content creators that arent part of that place that have made this place wonderful, and now they are going to be penalised for promotion, I cant even imagine anyone sitting at a blog and saying today was so thirsty I downed two bottles of Coke®, hell I cant even remember where to get those silly symbols from -new pc.

Then my evil kicked in, and I thought what if we got together and came to a mutual decision of what we could call those things now -hee hee. This is where my brain went.

Second Life = Phils Place

Linden Labs = The Mothership

Lindens = Lab Rats ( ok that one is evil :P)

But you get my point, so it would be today at phils place I went shopping in this FABULOUS STORE called (insert name -your all too fabulous to pick one ) I bought some incredible things and then the Mothership failed delivery, so on contacting the Lab Rats I found out that the Motherships asset servers were bung and Phils Place is updating later today *giggle fits*

Comment please just for laughs even I’d love to see peoples options lol.
