Ok first off I want to say sorry Sachi for calling your skin Brooke, not Bianca, even though she didn’t even correct me, I realised today and went ARGH bad Sasy. I don’t know why I even got Brooke stuck in my head. So anyway I am wearing it again just to make up for it, and also because it is so pretty. Now for more Hair Fair 2010 Hair Styles.
These are all from Rock Candy, a new to me store, but woah some hotness abounds in there. Not only is it a great store for guys hair, but the girls hair has some seious edge.The one on the far right is hands down my fav, I feel like i could front a rockband in this for sure, even though I am dressed all girly girl, my leather catsuit is only an arms reach away.
It is rare for me to shoot 50L friday items on the day, but these are just so fabulous, I thought they were perfect for the post and wanted to show how amazing the new Saville Row items are from 5th & Oxford and how menswear can also look so cute on women…that brown coat and pants would be awesome for an equestrian post or whatever. The cream items are from Kyoot and what is not to love with that neckwarmer and hightop hotpants. I am wearing them with a tank from OhMai and word on the street is that Anya is about to delete all her old items ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. She will be reopening her store with all new ones WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
So make sure you grab as many of everything as you can, as all is reduced and her prices are insane to begin with. The outfit on the right is also by Anya Ohmai, but is at the Designers United 4 Narcissus event, and so cute.

Hat Hair makes the world go around
Hat Hair makes the world go around, the world go around *Sings* I am so loving all the hat/hair at the fair, OH MY GOODNESS it makes me happy…not only does it mean not having to search high and low for fab hats, but not having to edit hair to match said hats makes it even more wickedly awesome.
No exception in the YUM is Berries Inc’s release at the fair, not one, not two but FOUR stunners for my wardrobe, and with winter coming up soon for fashion trends, these are going to be worn so often I am mucho excited. They also have click colour change pieces, so you can mix looks beautifully.
Making some wintery inspired looks a little early, The first is the great pea coat dress from Scribble, they come in all sorts of great colours, and options, all of the wintery goods there are just gorgeous. I have an olive gold combo thing going on, which wsa so easy with all the pieces from different designers, all inspired by not only the hat, but also the latest shoes from G’Field, not only do they come in solids, but the trim and buckles have colour change options, so coordinating options are effortless.

Aye Aye Captain Buck
I often to do posts where you only have to do minimal tping because everything comes from the same place. For example this week and the next all my hair will of course be from Hair Fair 2010 lol, but today the clothing may not be available at the same locations, but it is all from the same creative minds. Ok not all but mostly.
Whippet & Buck is a staples favourite, and as I already showed the Yoke this week, I wanted to do so again this time with the tank option. So you see it does work both dressy and casual. I am wearing it with the Phoe shorts from Nyte n Day and as Nyte is best buddies with Phoenix Chapman, and Phoenix Chapman is the Promo Manager for W&B it was all matchy matchy in my head.
The hair I am featuring in this post is all by a new brand called LOGO, now there is a lot of possibly unknown info about this brand, for one the talent behind the hair is now 18 and has moved here from the teen grid, but also she has merged her creativity with the team behind the brand The Body Polotik who are now all known as LOGO. So the old and new that is old combined to give us this amazing hair, and I for one cannot wait to see what Logo will bring us once open. It is always so exciting for Hair Fair to help launch a brand, it is a hard decision to make of course, and with the rules being as they are, we do actually have to see some finished product up front, but it was well worth it with this one, I hope you find Sakuri Myanamotu as talented as we did.
The second dress is the Whippet & Buck Designers United 4 item, a beautiful Jonquilla dress, based on the flower – I still have to read up on Narcissus the myth I only got the low down from Jussy at the location on the night we went, but once you do you actually find the event even more inciredible. It is a lovely spring/summery frock, and the detailing on the sculpted pieces are just lovely. With all the fluffyness of the curls and the softness of the hair, I could not help ending with a lingerie shot, all those in favour of W&B doing more say AYE. All of the skins I am wearing are from PXL and are again the delightful Dafne skins, the last having a Twiggy Inspired make up which is just too cool. DEMO DEMO DEMO .

You have the right to remain silent
I seriously woke up today and went ‘Mugshots” I had found my Hair Fair 2010 Groove lol. Not only were they fun to do, but I was cracking myself up everytime I added a new one to the group. I am even being tricky and according to some numerology site I found, I have swapped the letters of the store for their numbers, so it has that touch more authenticity to it.
First hair is Aoharu, they have actually added another style to their booth, so if you have already been you need to go back again. Machange had been away for some time, so her being able to participate was awesome. Both styles are very different from previous Aoharu type hair, and the ribbons all come with beautiful textures in a drop down menu.
Both outfits, or partial outfits are from PIG, we love that store, such beautiful texture work, and all just so worn in already, that it makes it an old favourite right from the start. The shoes are the latest from Royal Blue, the name is a LIE , lol because if I was a secretary my dream would not be those shoes, but a working photocopier. But the shoes more than make up for it by being stunners.
Another one that almost didn’t make it to the fair, was Gwendolyn Cassini, so busy RL and scripting lately that Hair Fair was last minute, but she made it in the nick of time. The first style I am wearing is unisex and I have it on with a tattoo base from Amacci, i did also tint it slightly because the two whites differed.
The GORGEOUS skirts are from Beetlebones who actually has hair at hair fair 2010 also, these skirts are to die for MUST HAVES, seriously I would wear these all the time, the texture is perfect and the length and flex is just right, they are the baby bear porridge of skirts.
Other Must Haves are the Dandy boots from Miel, these western style boots are all win, not only from the shape and style of them, so yum, but also the texture options, you can change the leather main from the trim and soles. So many options and they also have that worn in look…but the winning factor is that they were also made as bottoms only so that you CAN wear them with pants with cuffs and get that boot look that is so sexy, as seen on the bottom pic on the right, with the Dandy clothing pieces.
One of the standout styles for this years hair fair has been the eating strand styles from Magika, everyone has gone nuts for these do’s and rightly so, because I cannot think of a single girl I know that at one time or another hasn’t done that, some girls even have it as a bad habit, ending up with hard strands of hair lol. The ribbon tied updo is also so pretty, from daytime casual to dressy uppy this would work a treat.
The clothing is all Nyte n Day goodness, with the shoes from Biastice recently released and also so adorable, I have a tank top RL with the same button detailing that was so huge at markets in the mid to late 90’s.
All of the skins I am wearing are from YS & YS and the messed up make up one is from The Dressing Room at a drastic reduction in price, so do not miss out on that. The mascara running tat though I made the other day for something else, so if you want one IM me.

War War is Stupid
Last night the girls – Ashia, Justice, Newdoll and I went by Designers United 4, the theme this time around is Narcissus. As Jussy said it is a perfect theme for a fashion event, and like all Designers United collaberations this is definitely an event.
Some House of Munster hair from Hair Fair 2010 made it a perfect oppurtunity to wear the Military coat I picked up at MR, and even though the sculpties etc are oversized for males it was easy to edit and a really great looking coat, I had been wearing the red one primless for over a week, setting up Hair Fair – every time I logged back into V2 I was in it at least.
The faux hawke style for those that don’t do shaved is fun and exciting. It also works so well Unisexy, so you can be a perfect pair if you drag your partner over too. I am also wearing some recently released shoes from SLink , these are so neato, a different take on the maryjane in that they have two straps of wickedness. All the built in additions that come with your SLinks as they are foot in shoe, tone options etc all in the handy hud.
The Gown I am wearing is from Orta, this is one of the items from Designers United, and one of my all time favourite things is open fronted ball gowns. The ability to show off your shoes, or in this case killer riding boots is just awesome, and this gown makes that so easy to do. I am wearing another style from House of Munster this is Lola 2, the largeness of it is fabulous, and I not only like this version but the one has victory curls. I am so glad House of Munster made it back to SL especially that she was able to join us at Hair Fair again this year.
I am wearing Dafne a skin that is new by PXL, the skin is a little different than previous skin releases, and the bow shaped mouth is a definite stand out for those that know their brands. Catering this time to a different market the new face will allow for more choice when chosing the one that is right for you. As usual so many options with your skins, make sure you try on the DEMOS.

He made a Robot out of my boxes
Hair Fair 2010 is upon us, so many incredible content creators under many roofs. I am going to try and do as many posts as I can and hope that you enjoy not only mine, but the dozens or so I have seen so far.
The first store I am featuring is Frou Frou, brand new store, and the first styles I have seen are just divine. The first hair is Natasha Has Hot Rollers and as a woman who used to hot roller her hair and then shake it out, at least once a week this was a must. The hair is stylish and grand with a definite grace to it. This is the bigger of the two Natasha styles. This beautiful hair do gave me a chance to show off not only the latest release of stunning shoes from Maitreya Gold, but also my squee worthy love affair with the Yokes from Whippet & Buck.
The beaded Yoke is just beautiful and Whippet & Buck outdid themselves with not only providing it as a seperate layer to beautiful anything you want, but also on a combined sheer tank option, with all layers so you can be a little more descreet by stacking them, but in this case I am wearing it with a fabulous corset from Eclectic Apparel. I combined the look using the skirt from a really old Ghost release, so much fun mixing and matching Ghost. I am using a 2.1 viewer official actually, that allows so many more layers than ones in the past, and remembered that over at The Dressing Room Glam Affair had some face tattoo layers for sale, so grabbed those and stacked them, with also the lipstick I made for Mima by LAQ – still free at Flair in the blue box if anyone wants them.
The second style by Frou Frou is Mrs Andrews, I asked the creator while she was setting up what that was about, and it ended up being based on the character in the original Freaky Friday movie, not the JLC one. I love a concave cut bob, I once had Aleri make me one and it was a huge success, I invision this one being the same.
I found the most peculiar sim the other week, by found I mean landed upon, seeing as I am sure it was not lost in the first place. Anyway Whimsy and I ended up spending a fortune there, in small spurts as there were so many gatcha and lower priced items that it was astounding how much we did spend. Anyway while I was there I got this fabulous belt, and it was under a 100L and had all these attachment options and is really great prim work. It looks so cool with the new Jodpurs on crack by Royal Blue, as Royal Blue has just released a slew of seperates in time to pad your winter wardrobe plans. Whether casual classy or highly elegant, the Frou Frou hairs work as well as the Maitreya Gold Hana Sandals of all win.
The poses I am using are from aDORKable, they are the official Posers of Hair Fair and if and when you have time, you really need to check out the group and prop poses they made for the fair, the hair pulling ones are AWESOME.
I just got told that Newdolls hubby told her that last year at Hair Fair he gathered up all my red boxes and made a robot, I wish that I had seen it, because it would have been a hoot. No red boxes at Hair Fair this year, but you will really enjoy all the fantastic styles there…all donations are going to Wigs for Kids, an increible cause. Pom Pom
While I write this Marni Grut is getting ready for her opening of Royal Blue, a reopening actually, as she has been spending time upping her craft to make a bigger and better brand. Marni just loves it when I get in her IM, it always means extra work lol. Today was no exception but well worth it for all, as the new coats she is releasing now have a with spikes and shoulderpads option, and a without, meaning when you aren’t so GaGa you can do your own thing.
She is doing a blend of both out there and for all occassions wear, which is perfect for those customers who are loyal to a brand/designer. The zipper tank was a pleasant surprise, not only featuring a zipper front, but the low back with zipper is a great look, and very frisky. Marni has also made some wonderful Jeans, that come in great denim colours and have a lovely worn in already look about them, without being too rough around the edges.
I am wearing the film crew tshirts from Fri.day with the jeans on the bottom, these tshirts with their old movies theme are so cute. I especially like the rolled sleeves look at the shoulders, a bit more fun than your regular tshirt, and they also look well worn in. The hair I am wearing is new from Exile in the two two pics, the first being a glorious backcombed side pony, the backcombing giving a stunning beehive look at the crown…very hot for this season. The second a shaggy mane of layers, totally loviong the softness of this hair, its wild and yet not overly so.
The fri.day styles are pretty and as always both elegant and wearable, Raina would make the perfect updo for a formal affair, but can be worn as simple and casual as with todays look. More shoes from the fair, the real toe wrap sandals from J’s are a great wedge style, with built in toes and an easy to use colour system. The regular pallet that J’s uses for his leather has been used again for these, and I personally love the colours that he uses, they seem to fit just about everything.
Another pair from the fair, this time from NCore, are the Seduction shoes, these shoes have so many options that buying a safe base colour still gives you tonnes of possibilities. The laces, and heels have different colour options, so do the soles the inners and the heel tips and rings. With fun prints for the nails and options for gloss or not, which is the equivelant of shiny. they are sexy and definitely well named.

Bomb Diggity
I am listening to The Veronica’s and at my age, having been such a die hard Archie Comic fan, I cannot help but always question the name. It happens all the time, same if someone called themselves The Betty’s I would wonder what kind of women they believe themselves to be. Overthinking it all I am so sure, but until there is a jugheads to laugh at, this is what I will continue to do.
It is funny though don’t you think, how much of our childhood ends up being what melts our brains as adults. I remember once having a screaming row with an ex flatmate about golden books, because she was being taught at some childcare school, that they were bad for children, and yet, we were raised on them fine. There are also these weird so called ‘complex’s’ or maybe I am wrong with the label, but something to do with Cinderella, and how women always want to live happily ever after, but because you never know, what actually happened it has effected how women go on with relationships as adults – is your brain melting yet ? – seriously though I remember seeing in the last few years that they did a Cinderella TWO and I went OMG what will all the shrinks blame stuff on now?
So yesterday Whimsy was probing my flickr and blog, looking for a skirt we both have, she couldn’t remember the name of it, and she decided that while she was there, she would leave random comments. So today when checking my flickr I came across one and thought damn I love that skin. Mind you I saw that about nearly every skin you ever see me in, and I do, I cannot help it, I either love it on myself and cannot help but cam on me all day while wearing it – you know you do that too – or else I love what the skin is, as a whole, not just on me, but the whole concept of it. There are even skins that don’t look great on me that I love.
Anywho, so I decided to pull it out, and wear it again. Often I don’t get to do that, which I guess gets confusing, but don’t ever doubt my passion for an item. Sometimes I get all stressed out that I show so many different skins in a short time, and that you may think I don’t really like any of them, just blog them, never ever the case, but I do want you to see skins as soon as I can show them, and often I do feel like I should stretch out the skins over a few posts, and you do see that I do that, but then I could end up so behind…also I stress that the creator will think I didn’t like them – lol blogging can give you an ulcer for reals.
Shoe fair is still going on, for a few more days, and I got so caught up with Hair Fair that I didn’t get to do as many shoe posts as I would have liked to…Dear Phoenix, don’t do shoe fair so close to hair fair next year 😛 . I also know that Jewelry fair is shortly after hair fair also, so stay tuned for that as well.
The shoes I have on for this post are created by Miel, and if you got the recent 50L friday bag they did, you will realise they are similar in texture, so totally rocking for nights out, and clubwear, with their dazzling glittery look. They are open toed and have sensational shaped soles, with texture change as usual, with great colours for dressing up and clubbing the night away. I love when Miel does flf because they always put their stuff at The Deck too, so I just have to jump downstairs and grab the goodies. This weeks is this gorgeous necklace I have on in the first pic, do not miss out on it, their jewelry is off the hook yum.
Recently Berries Inc released the Bomb Dress in solid colours, which was a big yay from over here, as Whimsy and I had been discussing the need for it that way, a great dress in the striped version already, but solids makes it even sexier for night wear. Just as sexy is the Mel dress, which I have worn before during my purple week lol, so it gets a revisit in the grey.
The two ponytails are by Amacci, and are some of their latest hairstyles, and are just wonderful especially with her hair base tattoos underneath to just add a bit more realism to the look, I love those tattoos so much.

So the other week I was standing around and Fiachra tp’d in looking all dolled up, which for a boy just means new clothes. So he told me that he had found a new to him store that he thought I would like, and sent me the LM. Of course I didn’t have a chance to go visit until today he asked if I had, and off we went. Now the store is mainly catering to femme boys, and that rocks in and by itself. You will definitely find some unisexy or even girly girl gear there, and make sure you check out the tote bags, because one is just sparkly must have. Now the bottoms of my outfits are from left to right, Fri.day, LeLutka and League, but it is the tops that are from A.S.S – minus the bikini tops underneath from Luck Inc and Adam n Eve.
The clothing at A:S:S is fun and imaginitive, and the store also has skins, so if you have been looking for a femme boy skin, then you know where to head to. Showing off the latest creation by the talented Marni Grut of Royal Blue, these are at shoe fair, and are fun and funky, totally in keeping with the style of today. Also at shoe fair and just as fun are the Scribble ballet wraps that come on clothing or tat layers.
These remind me so much of one of Radio’s art pieces I purchased from her gallery that for me they are a must have. As I am writing this post, Whimsy, Fiachra and I are at the Particle Lab, it seems – shocking to me – that Whimsy in all her years in Second Life had never been, so we had to be sure to fix that. The particle lab has taught so many incredible creators their skills, and it is so good to see it still exists this many years on.
There is also a room at Cloud Chateau, which you can ride a balloon to, where there are like particle shows, and its just amazing to sit and listen to the stream and watch.
