Legna Day
I have been having some wonderful customer service experiences lately, as the customer, which always makes me happy. Having done that role for nearly 2 decades in Second Life, it often hits differently, and if it is not a good one, it floors me, because it becomes more about the interaction than anything to do with the product. Honestly, there just isn’t a reason for bad customer service in Second Life, we are a huge world, tens of thousands of people, but we are very much a small-town cottage industry. Every step you take, every move you make, someone is watching, taking note, and letting everyone they know know.
So this is me, letting you know know. The brand is Legna, and I played their gacha at the current round of The Fifty. I played once, got a great common, played a second time, got the Rare – I have magic Rare powers, trust me – and played one more time, just because I wanted to, and was happy. Unpacked it all, and was trying on the various options, this gacha is incredible, it is a Handbag Gacha, but not only do you get the bag in the colour won, you get the bag with 4 different holds for both left and right, it is wild, all included for one low gacha price…so I was playing around with the poses, deciding that one of them just had to feature in my next post, they are so awesome, as bags, and then realised that old ‘1’ after the name of something, meaning that the same item has been added to the contents when packing it twice. So I looked closer and realised that one of the holds was two lefts, I checked, as I often do to make sure, that it was not just a naming issue, like typing left on the right and it really being a right, but no, it was two of the same, so I contacted the creator and let her know the issue, and she got back to me in a few hours – remember I live in the future, so that is often going to be the case that there is some wait time, that and people have lives outside of Second Life, shocking I know.
Just to be clear, there is so much in this pack, that one missing hold did not matter at all to me, the reason for the contact is that it is important that we let stores know when something is not as it is meant to be, so that they have the opportunity to fix it, not just for us, but for everyone, and also so that their item is just not wrong going forward forever. So she did, she fixed it, she sent me the parts I was missing, she interacted with kind words and a bit of a share about how important it is to her that her customers are happy…and then logging in today, after I had already shot these pics and so on, she had sent out a redelivery through her vendor system to all customers that purchased the items, so that they had the right items, this is a huge thing especially for Gacha items, to care more about the customer than the fact that technically everyone got everything twice.
So that and the fact that the other day I was chatting to Mel about ‘Leg Day’ and giggled about that the whole time I was shooting my pics for this post, everything else that came about from that, just made it the perfect title for the post. Legna Day has earned its spot in my calendar. Also aside from all of that, have I mentioned how awesome the bags are, they are so cute and fierce at the same time, love that.
The white version of the bag lead me to being all white for this look, which is not usually a thing I do, or haven’t done in a fair while. The top is the top of the Peaches set by The Kiwi Co. when I did the shorts from that set, I knew it was going to be a separate look with the top, and this was perfect, that right amount of girly. So then to offset that, I went with some leather pants with inbuilt feet covering by Ison, that are made to fit into shoes made for the feet shape that were an easy match up with the NCore shoes, the strappyness of them a great contrast, which I love, so it is like leather stockings and any shoe you choose to finish the look.
This cool little choker that was a gift at THE BASH – FLF Birthday Bash, that I just want to keep calling The Bash, as I mentioned in my last post. It is so delicate and has a texture change hud with lots of options, by NaaNaa’s. Also adding this adorable little nose chain of pearls by Swan, I was heavily leaning into all my white options here. That left me with the hair, and this style by Wasabi for TRUTH Collective is an easy choice, the hardest part was deciding what colour, do I go full white, do I go a contrast colour, I could have just gone black, but I wanted a little something, so I went with the Silvery roots look that way I just look like I started Black and gave myself a whitewash. i love the straightness of the style until the perfect swoop at the bottom, it is perfect, and to add to its perfection, the lovely daisy barrette by Sparkle Skye…now I just have to work out where to go looking this fabulous.

Hair Fair 2026 – Wasabi
It is often that I find myself wearing Wasabi in blues…I am not sure why, but she just makes hair that looks fabulous in dye pack colours. I was very into the scarf hair look in the 90’s I wore my hair like that often, so this style just makes me blissfully happy. The only opinion I have on this is that I want more options of textures for the scarf and I want a whole range of solid colours, but the prints are so on point, it was the scarf that created the whole look. The style has the option of with or without scarf which is very generous of Wasabi to do, as that is a whole other hairstyle you get included. Then you have the falling front on one side option or the face showing option, I liked both so I used both in my picture, as that is just how that would work if I was standing around outside posing for pics.
This dress by Fashionably dead comes in a long variation also, but the short was just perfect for this day strolling look I was going for, however I cannot lie, the fact that the bottom is lace and comes with mesh underwear is a tad out of my normal comfort zone, I was struggling to remove my BOM underwear…at this point it was pretty much fused with my body. But the outfit is so adorable, I just know though that leggings in BOM layers is how I would more likely wear it out, but with the blue hair I was feeling adventurous – GO ME!
The dress and scarf hair had such a country girl in the city feeling for me, so the heels that think they are cowboy boots that think they are stilettos were just a no brainer. How cute are they, it is funny, because when you see hybrid footwear like this in RL magazines or pinterest etc, you may tend to scrunch up your face and think those people are nuts, but put them in Second Life and we are all in, and rightly so.
Hair Fair is open until June 14th and ALL purchases made at the event donate to Wigs for Kids, Exclusives and previous releases. Not all stores have previous releases out, but so many do, so it gives you a real taste of what the stores have created over time, and some things you may have missed that donate with each purchase, a great way to get it all in at once.
