Five and Flirty
New hair, New hair, such a fun way to start any day…reminder that Hair Fair is coming July 2nd to 15th so stay tuned for more info on that.
The five beautiful styles of hair I am wearing today are the latest from LeLutka, they are such different and yet believable styles, that you would think one could become another with the help of some good product. The other exciting thing about them though is that they have ROOTS! darker texturing done at the top of the hair to show a more natural look, you can see it in the demos, and it is divine.
I had some fun styling the looks to go with the hair, a little bit of country, my church going school marm look which had me in fits and terrorising Whimsy and Newdoll, my girl on the go look, followed up with night time fun and end of weekend beach look. I love having fun this way, it is what makes Second Life Fashion so incredible, and blogging so awesome.

Mourning Call
The fair is still on, and while on a jaunt around town with Aisling, I was able to with her help revisit some items I had thought were gone for good…
The Mourning Dress from Sur+ (previously lark) was for an event, and I didn’t get it at the time, because we only found out about it close to the end. Luckily for me I was able to get another go at it, and it was the perfect compliment to the Rosalie Skin by Adam n Eve that is available in a special release at Skin Fair.
The mourning dress does actually come with a frill collar, but it was making me nuts for no reason, so I took it off. I am all about the love for all the pieces in the set, I do wish though that the corset and timepiece were seperate items, though you do get the option of so many attachment points already chosen for you. I might have to attack it and take off the watch to wear the corset solo one day. The watches are actually buyable on their own, one even comes as a mouth wearable – smaller of course , I had that thing in for a few days last week.
Another great timing release was the new hairbase and hairbun release from Nylon Outfitters, the base is gorgeous, you get five bun attachments with each one, and there are two options to choose from, this is the swept to the side bangs one, and I love it.
The Rosalie skin from Adam n Eve comes with all the usual goodies, and as I mentioned is a special pack at the fair, you can also pick up the apple on the table for some great gifts from Sachi, as well as look at all the new Make Up layers now available, she has some really cool themes going on.

Corporate Chic – Sasy Scarborough – Look 1
Ok so the Garden City Relief Fundraiser is already on the go, I stopped by before this post and picked up a lot of great items. Some of which I am wearing in this post. I also ran around with Newdoll this morning and picked up some stuff from stores I adore, which allowed for a professional look that allows me to add to the Corporate Chic Challenge that Whimsy has going – it’s an ongoing challenge so that when people are looking for that kind of look they can visit the flickr group as a resource.
I love this Chunky Cardigan from Nylon Outfitters, it is so cute, utilising the system skirt in a brilliant way. I am wearing it over the top of an Indyra skirt that I just love, I don’t know exactly how she managed to make a pencil skirt with pants and prims but she did, and she did an awesome job of it…the skirt is part of a set though.
The delicate and beautiful bracelet I am wearing is from the New Zealand Garden City Fundraiser, from MOOD, it is made of Paua Coral which is native to NZ, and such a lovely piece, I am also wearing the gorgeous hair from Elikatira, also a fundraiser item, and only sold in the essentials pack for the duration.
To look all professionabubble I am wearing the recent Group Gift from Mon Tissu the Favourite Readers glasses, so Geeky Chic and it lets me see my new fabulous Mon Tissu shoes extra clearly lol. They are a perfect professional shoe, but so adorable that they work for all sorts of looks including vintage.
All of this wrapped up in the neat package of LAQs latest skin Susan, available at Skin Fair from Vanity Universe. You get all the make ups shown with hair base or none options, and you can always pick up the additional hair base and brow base tats from the main store. I had already taken all my pics and realised I should have worn the red tats I bought before, but I like dark brows light hair, I am fab like that.
Remember DEMO DEMO DEMO and take your man, because the latest Male skin by LAQ was just released and male skins from there are always delish.
