Entrancing

I like this word ^ the title word, a lot. Because it can be two things, the meaning of the word, and the idea of making an entrance, which if you do well, is the meaning of the word. I put on this top by Cynful and while it does have a graphics overlay option, it is the without that really makes an impact for me, while as a set release it is very casual summer fun, worn alone it can be so much more. The straight line of the bodice, and those straps, gives me all the feelings of a Princess, and then you have the nod to corsetry with the sides being laced and tied off.

I was actually chatting to its creator Cynthia for a long catch up, and ended up changing my colours about 8 times, because the colour options are all shades of fabulous. I will have to save some for another look, but this soft blueish grey won me over in the end, I don’t wear blue enough. This leads me to how cool it is that Cynful now sells their clothing not in single packs but four colour packs, for the same price that used to be single colours. The newer releases are sold by body type, but as most of us only wear one body for the majority of the time, this means you win in colour options, so fun. With the shoes I have on, the gorgeous shoes by Utopia Design, they give you these wonderful preset colour combinations, then the ability to select the section of the shoes and then apply the texture you like, but then you also have the chance to go to a tinting tab, select the section you want and colour match it as needed, which worked out perfectly for me, to get this very similar match to the top.

The skirt by Rowne of which I have a few, is glorious not only because of its shape and style, but that it was created with shoe shapes in mind, obviously you will have to wear high heels with it, but I just love how it swerves at the back to take on that heel shape, extra details for the win. The beautiful jewellery and hairpins are by Sigma and add some really classy elements to the look, with HUD options that make it really easy to get the outcome you want.

Speaking of so excellent things, James&Dew just released an incredible set called the Neon Threads set…it is a fantastic PBR Clothing rack that you can then decorate with their neon coat hangers and hanging clothing, which has such a great look, so far I think everyone wants the dresses to wear. Once I rezzed the hangers though I knew I wanted them on the wall. When I set them up they gave off such a vibe of going to some kind of fashion awards and standing on the red carpet to have your picture taken before you go in. You can turn on or off the neon lights and you get a selection of great colours to choose from for the neon, it looks so wonderful, that I kind of want to create all sorts of things with them. I love that about James&Dew stuff, even though they do a hell of a lot of thinking about their creations, and how they want them to be, they open up the idea of you wanting them to be even more, and it is always achievable, they are like providers of possibilities.
