Folksy

I did some of that changing things for my own liking stuff again, this time with the floor. Not that I did not like the blue tiling that is included in this outdoor setting by Cheeky Pea, but I decided to tone it down with white tiles I had in my inventory. I even did the grouting, and all without even breaking a nail. Wood and plaster and candle wax oh my. It is a lovely gazebo ruins style build, and small enough to not be overwhelmed with needs to fill it with decor, I like little pieces like that.

Fill it I did though, with some great pieces from both Cheeky Pea and Plaaka. Giving back some of the blue, and mixing in some more natural wood finish, it made for a really comforting location to settle in for the day. Another edit I did was with my hair by Wasabi Pills, I did a tutorial for this a while back, when wearing a hairbase and some hair with alpha, you can end up with some alpha glitching, and this hair was too perfect to pass up. I love the combed back style of it, as it leaves everything bare to adorn and embellish, a great style for creators to really see their items, especially those that deal in jewellery.

Speaking of jewellery how insanely gorgeous are these earrings by Kunglers, had them in my inventory from a shopping spree in the past, and just love the oversized hoops with these amazing bits of manipulated metal, so beautiful and yet easy to wear casually or dressy. I am all about the segways today…dressy > dress and this one is adorable. It is not the first time I have chosen the very folksy look of this style print on a dress or top, and this dress by Tee*fy has a wonderful assortment, I did almost stop in my tracks at the Hawaiian print version, but I just love this look.

The blue and red worked in so well with my decor and my ability to texture change my shoes to match, Breathe gives such lovely options in that way, and I love the strapping ties on these ballet flats, and them being able to be a different colour just makes them more inviting.
