I have been humming that song all day, the title one, not sure why. Usually I end with a skin, but today with this recent release of Vera by Glam Affair, I had to start with it. There is not one make up that is not just perfection for this skin. Usually I tend to like a little bit more maturity in the face, but this younger look has a lovely look about it, that can be both innocent, or not so, as the case may be. If looking for a new default skin, this is definitely one to look at, I might have to wear it around for awhile myself. There are many eyebrow colour options, the make ups as mentioned are stunning, but also you get the clean look for a day time look. There are also three additional lip shapes with a bare base, and freckles and extra noses, you know, for when you need a spare to smell lots of things :P.

Next is the Hair, a NEW release by Exile, and not just NEW styles, but new textures and options on top of those. The choices are fantastic, and everything seems just softer and more sensual as far as sexy hairstyles go. For those that loved American Woman, Hollywood Nights is going to be a firm favourite. Gogo has done a post showing the hud, plus she is showing off some new vivid colours, so go on over and visit her for a bit @ JuicyBomb.  Had I known before spending hours taking lagtastic photos that we would be in the same hair, I may have changed to show one of the other great styles, but seriously I just loved this one as soon as it was on my head, I haven’t even put on the rest, just oggled the pictures.

My outfit today is a mix of items from DCNY, the leather leggings are a must have, and then you have this lacey kitty set that has the creat corset and adorable headband, I might just wear that longer than today as well. Very cool items to get around in, and even though they were part of a Halloweeny kind of theme, definitely wearable all year round. Adding some other jewellery by LaGyo that is at this round of Collabor88 the ring is so cute with the kitty bell like shapes. Then the unicorn talisman necklace, all texture change options and many other delights in their release.

Now if you go all the way down to my toes, you will see these gorgeous hard candy jellies, which I call thongs. The colour I chose to purchase are black, but not only do you get the colour you purchase as the base of the thongs, but you also get 16 options to colour change the hard candy…I love these, and with them being candy and it being Halloween they are perfect. I don’t think they are intentionally Slink Feet add ons, because there was no logo, but they do have other slink feet shoes in the store, these were upstairs, and they are actually mod, so I did tweak them a really tiny bit as they were a little bit longer than I needed them to be. But they are great now, and again, there is much love.

Lastly the house and furniture. This house is at Collabor88 and is by Trompe Loeil, the Autumn Cottage comes in two sizes, this being the smaller, which is just right if you ask me. It is a stunning build and has all the lovely nooks and crannies you need to really make it a lovely home. Adding also some pieces from Lisp and even some bits and pieces from Whimsy’s own store W.Winx and some Collab pumpkins we did together.

Now about things that I have done, today I made a FREE GIFT set of Nail HUDs for the Slink Avatar Enhancement items, and they are so so Gross, they gave me goosebumps wearing them, and making them was even harder, but they are Ghoulish for Halloween, so make sure you stop by and grab them, they are completely free a gift from Flair to you, so Enjoy your Halloween.

Having a bit of a Zen moment today, and luxuriating in not only some Luxuria, but also feeling the nice cool air as I become all Yoga-ed up. I started at the shoes today, with the Verts from Valiant at C88. These are really nice work, and I really liked the red version. There are female and male included in the pack, so definitely fun if you like doing that couples matchy matchy thing. I decided with this pose I would need to close my eyes, to believe that I was actually all in my zone, the Slink eyelids and lashes worked straight away, I did not have to tint them at all, but if you do they are easy to do in edit linked parts.

The tee-shirt I am wearing is from BOOM, and it has the title of Rich Kid on it, well what would be the perfect way to show ones wealth ? to workout in leather leggings me thinks. They are the SLink compatible leggings from Stellar, and as we know Rich girls don’t sweat they Glisten , so all is good. They do also look fab all dressed up, so give them a whirl.

The skin I am wearing is the NEW Runa skin by The Skinnery. This skin actually has some wonderful lip enhancement options too lipstick colours wise, and also some skin shine for the face – not shown – I really like this skin as its a little older looking than the ones I have shown in the past, so if you want to get your mature on, then run on over.

Lastly to show off the fine body, the Newish Luxuria lingerie called Rosa. Luxuria does lovely items, and I love the fuller panties of this set a lot. the colour is lovely, and the shapely look is just what you want in lingerie, without lots of frou frou bits and pieces.

It takes months of nagging Whimsy to clean her inventory, and what does she focus on sorting first, her damn Gestures! So for the past half an hour I have been trying to talk in chat to SySy, and every other line of text has been something about shaking something, doing something to something, or something in some language with pretty emote symbols all over the place. I sent her to 20 metres away, but she is sneaking back in, step by step. Honestly if you ever want to make a friend bonkers, I do hire her out on occasion for revenge…. just kidding, she is exclusive to The Deck.

The look today has me feeling all classic and fabulous. From head to toes, the Glossy Pumps by KoiKoi add a delightful look to round out the ensemble, with their elegant style and high quality baked textures. The KoiKoi shoes are Slink add ons, and the past few releases were just a warm up to Shoetopia that happens in mid November. I for one cannot wait to see what KoiKoi has in store for that, as well as the rest of the Shoetopia creators, it is going to be a huge event to round out the year.

The dress is a new one by Nyu, and this comes in a few different colours all based on the black. I love the black and grey combo, as it is a deep grey, so very chic. The clutch purse adds some texture with the studs in gold, and then the sexy cuff by Goucci/Faenzo works itself in there well. Moving on up to the hair, a NEW style from Elikatira, who was on Hiatus for a few months and is now back hopefully for good again. This style Richelle is just beautiful, and not only has this great studded headband, but many many colour change options for not only the band, but also the studs. There are new HUDs for the hair colours as well, and dip dyed looks as well, so a lot more choices now in each pack. DEMO DEMO DEMO.

Lastly the make ups. I am actually wearing make up layers over my Sigrid Skin by Glance. The make ups are by Dead Apples and completely change the look of the skin, I feel like a doll, and it is just adorable. The cheek shimmer is perfect, and the balms are puckered perfection. So definitely get over to Cosmetics Fair to pick those up.

I mentioned yesterday that Cosmetics Fair was starting soon. Today I got to check out some items from it. I rarely change eyes, I love my Ellis eyes from LeLutka, but these Unreal eyes by Adored are just wonderful. My only sadness is that they do not come in a light green at all, but the colour range is wonderful. I am only showing a few colours of the range, and they also come in mesh or system and come with a no pupil option which looks amazing for RP.

I am also wearing a new lip balm by Kokolores that really softened my features in the glance skin I am wearing, the softness of it dictating the colour combo that I wore in the post. I am wearing new shoes by KoiKoi that are Slink feet add on styles, they have remarkable bake textures and detailing, so definitely demo them.

Cosmetics Fair is just around the corner, with the Fall Edition starting on the 15th of October. I am so happy to be part of another round with Flair, and have made seven sets of nails for the occasion. One of which I am wearing in this post. The rest of the look was inspired by two things, the first this fabulous skirt by Tee*fy that is part of a full set at Collabor88 this month, I just love love love it that it comes in parts. The second was the memory of a long ago released hairstyle that just totally rocked the whole look. This hair is probably easily 5 years old, if not older.

I saw it, TPd over to the store to get it, landed, and the lucky chair in front of me had an S and the hair I had gone to get was the prize, how lucky was that. The store no longer exists I am sad to say, but there are many styles out there that will give you the same effect. The cape also a C88 item is an adorable more cape-let style, and can be used again and again for many different looks, so make sure you pick them up too. The boots I am wearing are the NEW Sigourney boots by Slink, and they have a gorgeous leather look to them, in beautiful colours for fall and into any season, with a squared off toe that I really love. Make sure you check those out as soon as possible. The cuffs I have one are some wonderful pyramid studded cuffs by Epoque, these come with a great hud for leather colours and metal accents, and if you are a cuff fan like me, are definitely must haves.

Because the Glance skin I am wearing has a no brows option, and to tie in with the cosmetics fair happening I am wearing two face make up optionsby Nuuna, these are not at this session but are previous releases, and really fun stuff to wear.

Ever just want to run away and join the circus ? I remember growing up, that used to be a constant theme in American Movies. The idea that if a kid was going to run away, or something along those lines, it was to join one, I guess it was a childish fantasy and a way to see the world, but unless you had a talent, I can imagine that all you would end up doing was shovelling Elephant poop. Lucky for me, if I was to run off and join it, I am loud, so if there was ever anyone that could reach the back seats in a full tent, it would be me, without a microphone even, handy that.

The theme for this months C88 is Black Magic, with October being the Halloweeny month. But looking at the pieces, I was immediately drawn to a carnival/circus mindset, but then again, it is all intertwined I guess. The Ison items, are this fantastic leather jacket and to die for Gladiator sandals, that fit over the mid/medium height feet from Slink, so no mess no fuss, just instant gratification. The shorts are new BOOM shorts, and though you cannot see much of them, they were just enough to give leg room to the fantastic footwear. Another BOOM item is the Baroness hat, perched atop my head, this is at C88 and comes in a Baron version as well included.

The skin I am wearing was this months BBB skin by Belleza. I love the Mya skin, as I am sure many do, so the opportunity to grab new make ups, for a discount is a lovely way to start off the month.
