I was stoked when Tesla released the New Marie Heels the other day, you can never have too many pairs of mary-jane style shoes in my opinion. So then when I was at Bare Rose and saw the Katherine set, I knew that the combo would be wonderful. Of course though that being said, I had so much fun with the pics that I didn’t get one with shoes and the outfit in the same shot lol.

But I have a witness in Efe that I was in fact wearing the combo yesterday and it looks fantastic.

Now with the Katherine set, I was wearing the black Marie Heels, as the contrast of black and grey in these is divine.

Katherine is such a versatile short pants set, the long shorts are adorable and grey so it’s a win win for me. It has a 1920’s paperboy kind of look with the hat as options and you get that in both colours which is nifty. The coats are wonderful for Old English kind of looks too, maybe even some long pants as an alternative, but the highwaisted style of the grey that come with are just beautiful.

I am sure you will find many ways to wear such a set , and it even has knee high socks that come with, so again the Marie Heels just offset that superbly. The shape of these shoes are perfect, and I adore contrast colour in shoes, as they give you more ability to co-ordinate your look.

The hair is the recently retextured Reica hair from Diversity Hair, love the bangs on this style so much as well as the cute bunches with the loose wisps. Skin is by Free Speerit and is one of the base Makeups in the range, they are all so pretty with their full lips and eyes…make sure and try on all the DEMOS.

New skins have been released at Damiani recently, and this time its Pompeja Rossini who has created Gabrielle her first skin. What better way to show off some new skins than with some Newish clothing by The Cute Institute.

The Neapolitan set on the left is a wonderful way to bring those delightful chocolate and strawberry tones together. The detailing on the skirt that goes into alpha sprinkles is a great addition as well, cute and summery for all your day to day romps.

Now I don’t know about you, but when I was a kid…days spent at the local pool always meant an ice block (Popsicle) or an ice cream, and with our heat down here you often wore more of it than you ate.
So with that in mind the Girlsicle Bikini brings those memories back- I loved the double stick ones too, raspberry ice on one stick caramel icecream on the other YUM.

The Taxi Cab Mafia top and skirts come in various different colours to buy, but I was moving on a pink theme so stuck to it. We don’t have checkered taxi’s down here, so this kind of print always reminds me of Diners – not that we have those either lol – so with the diner in mind and all the ice cream and Popsicles, all these yummies made me hungry.

The one shoulder top and the checkered skirt are finished with the lovely trim on the top and the hemline of the skirt, which gives you a great palette for shoes to wear with. Make sure you check out The Cute Institute as the store has lots to offer not just clothing.

The Gabrielle skins are just beautiful, the make up especially is so well done. The shading above and below the eyes is soft but dramatic, and the lips compliment the shadow so well. I also adore the tiny little freckle just above the left side of the mouth.

Make sure you try on the Demos and see how you look in these lovelies.

The hair is Carrie from House of Heart, such a lovely full and curly style, I really like how the front is pulled back as seperate pieces to give the impression that such hair is very hard to tame.
